• Lots of Room

"Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has an unusual layout but is very spacious. It seems like it may have been a commercial building that was converted. The location is good, except for the road noise. It is quite loud - even at night and early morning. I don't like air conditioning so wanted to sleep with the windows open, and was frequently awakened by the cars and trucks lumbering along the road. The parking is also a bit of a challenge. We rented a small SUV and it barely fit in the parking space and there was not much room to walk between the car and the house. This could be remedied by trimming some of the bushes. The view was nice for sure and we did enjoy the porch."

  • Great little hideaway

"Beautiful cottage and grounds. Tons of stuff available--it turns out we did not need to rent snorkel gear. They also had water shoes, umbrella, boogie board, fishing stuff . We loved the kitchen and it was helpful to have the washer/dryer after hiking in the mud. Major downsides were the mosquitos were terrible. Also, surf was very high on the north coast so we weren't able to swim and snorkel at all and this place is remote--far from the calmer east and south coast beaches. Also, the roosters woke us up very early--before dawn every day and we found it hard to sleep. We were also surprised that the place doesn't get a lot of direct sunlight due to being in a valley surrounded by mountains, so we had a hard time drying out after the rains."

  • Hanalie Weke Estate

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year booking the Weke estate home.
We enjoy this vacation with our 3 children their spouses and 5 grandkids.
We love the house for it's location on Hanalei bay and privacy as well.
There is plenty of room for everyone and a great lanei to sit around the barbeque and enjoy dinner.
The house also is very clean but the furniture is casual enough you are not worrying about grandkids on the couch!
Watching the kids play croquet on the lawn, swing in the hammock and boogie board at the beach. Sums up the memories we want to create with our family!
Thank you for sharing your home."

  • Fantastic studio

"Our former bed & breakfast in Hanalei had been sold so we needed a new place to stay. Studio Hanalei was PERFECT!! It room was quite spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the bath was good. The kitchen bar was perfect for us as we only eat breakfast in the room. We prepared our breakfast (including fruit from the Saturday market in town) and some wonderful bread from Harvest Market locally made for toast. The flowers in the yard are beautiful. There was even a lime tree right by our entrance that we picked to squeeze on our papaya every morning. Matt and Melissa were out of town for our first 2 days, but have come every year for 10 years so we know our way around & didn't need any help. We did meet them when they returned & talked to them also on the beach--delightful and friendly people as were their two boys. We loved sitting on the porch and eating our breakfast each morning after a long 2-3 hour beach walk. There is an outdoor shower as well as beach things like boogie boards, chairs, etc. that you may use. It was a home away from home for us, and we have found a new home for our annual visit to Hanalei. It is the BEST and PRETTIEST beach in the world--truly like the Garden of Eden!"
