Rustic Kauai Getaway
"This farmhouse had many wonderful features. The garden is amazing and the view from the backyard is picturesque. The upstairs bedrooms can get very hot during the day but the window air conditioners worked well to cool them before bed. We truly enjoyed the enclosed patio and bbq. About a 20 minute walk to St. Regis and 2 minute drive to Foodland."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We rented the Hanalei faye Weke Rd Estate for as command central for our son's wedding at Common Grounds. It was a great location and had plenty of room for all generations of attendees. The house was not fancy or modern but very comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms did get very hot during the day time."

"Though we've stayed in and around Hanalei on our many trips to Kauai, it was our first stay at this cottage. Located slightly past "downtown" and near the first single lane bridge that takes you to all the north shore beaches, it's tucked away just off a small street on the mauka side of the island. We found the cottage to be incredibly clean, bright and nicely updated. There's no A/C (as is typical) but plenty of airflow when you open windows and sliding doors. The upstairs lanai was a favorite spot for us to enjoy either breakfast or lunch outside and the king-size bed was quite comfortable. The house also has plenty of things for the beach: towels, mats, chairs, coolers, etc. I did find out the hard way after jumping into the shower that there was no bar soap provided. After a search of the house, my husband found some liquid hand soap in an upper kitchen cabinet which sufficed until we could purchase something better. Also, neither hair dryer was in working condition but after a call to the property manager, we purchased one and were reimbursed. We were also told later that bar soap would be provided for future guests (trust me, you'll appreciate this)."

"We've been going to Hanalei for years and this home has become one of our favorites. Tucked away at the end of a cul de sac in one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Hanalei, this home is the perfect place to relax. It's stocked with everything you need so it's easy to just stay in or an easy walk to town for dinner out. One of our favorite things about the house is that it's close enough to the beach to easily walk down in bare feet with just a towel for a quick swim in the amazing waters of Hanalei Bay. We like to go just the two of us or with our grown children because the house is perfect for both kinds of trips. The beds are SO comfortable. The king in the master bedroom will spoil you!"
