"My husband and I were going to Kauai for the third time, and had always stayed on the south side of the island. We thought it would be fun to mix it up and stay 5 nights on the north side and selected this lovely retreat to for our stay. The room was neat and clean, the bathroom huge and the lanai a great place to sit and relax. The only drawback for me was the bugs. The critters thought I made a tasty snack and feasted on me all night. At the end of the five days my legs looked like I had small pox! Take bug spray. There is plenty to do and see on the north side. There are several wonderful beaches to snorkel at and we swam with the turtles at Annini Beach. There are plenty of places to eat, and the food is not unreasonably priced. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful (except their kitty killed a chicken...on the lanai!!) get-away. Oh yes, be prepared for the geckos too. The lizards are everywhere and make the most alarming sound in the middle of the night!! Mahalo for opening your house to us, we loved our stay!"

"My husband and I stayed at Jasmine Nights for three nights in April and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The cottage is a 5 minute drive from Kilauea and a nice, quiet spot to return to after a busy day. The bed was very comfortable, the shower amazing and the kitchen well equipped. Randy and Jill are wonderful hosts and gave us several great ideas of things to see and do. We enjoyed having coffee on the lanai with Nalu every morning. We learned that roosters are everywhere on Kauai and we were grateful for the earplugs. We could have stayed here much longer and would love to come back again."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We had a wonderful time at this house. The view is incredible. The property description was accurate, except that the 'trail' in the back is overgrown and impenetrable. We arrived late so we were happy to see that Eric had turned on lights and fans before our arrival. The screens could be improved as bugs got in even though we were extremely careful about closing doors."

"We came to Kauai for 13 days for our daughter's wedding which was on the South Shore. It was recommended that we spend some time up north. We were lucky to find this little hideaway. Clean/comfortable, just the right size & with the kitchen and washer/dryer, it was perfect for us. Close to good beaches, restaurants and shopping. Early-morning roosters not a problem, I always bring earplugs when traveling :-) Quick response from owners was appreciated when we had a question. If we ever get back to Kauai we will surely want to stay at the Cocohut!"
