"I just returned from a wonderful stay here with my parents. This trip marked 30 years of visiting Kauai for them and even after all that time they discovered a new part of the island in Princeville. This unit has a convenient location to parking (a great advantage with the layout of the resort!) and high ceilings gave a feeling of more openness. It is stocked with everything you could think to need for beach adventures from chairs to coolers to beach mats. I also saw sand toys and floats for people with keiki (children). The kitchenette was perfect for our family of three adults and we loved having two high-powered microwaves available. The view from the lanai was great, looking over one of the best pools on the island to the waterfalls across Hanalei bay.
The resort itself has many wonderful amenities. There are two pools, the larger one is closer to this unit and has a nearby spa/jaccuzi. There are bellmen available to assist with moving bags at check-in if needed and to give rides down to the beach. We liked having the hospitality room open to print our boarding passes for our return flights too. I will definitely be recommending this location and this unit to friends and family in the future!
Thank you David for your quick responses and willingness to work with us, it really enhanced our stay on Kauai."

"First and foremost, Judy's hospitality was top notch. Her accessibility, professionalism and kindness was above and beyond my expectations. We also loved the unit, the comfy bed, its beautiful bathrooms, stocked kitchen (blender, coffee maker, plates and pans) and breathtaking view of the mountains and waterfalls. The space itself was dark, which initially threw me off since I love natural light, but it ended up keeping the unit cool even though it was intensely hot outside. The fact that the unit had AC was a great luxury. Also, the resort's tennis courts were phenomenal the the coaches Donald and Mary were really nice. We ended up playing tennis and taking lessons 5/6 days that we were there and made lots of new friends. There was also coffee in the lobby each morning and lots of board games you could barrow from the community room. We loved it.
The only downsides to the property were the construction in the lobby and the pool, which made it a little less relaxing than anticipated. Plus in order to access the condo without using the main lobby stairs, you had to walk past the trash dumpsters. But even with that, we were still very happy. The fact that you didn't have to walk up or down stairs to get to the condo was great and we are really looking forward to coming back when the restaurant and pool construction are complete.
Thank you Judy!"

"We loved our stay in this cute condo with the most amazing view of Hanalei Bay. One of the great advantages to this condo is because it's still part of the Hanalei Bay Resort you get all the amenities associated with the hotel - front desk service, golf cart service to the beach, access to pools, business center, tennis courts etc. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed - we looked forward to waking up for Hawaiian coffee every morning, looking at the beautiful view of the ocean and planning our adventures for the day!!!"

"We stayed in this condo for 7 nights the end of September. It iwas even more beautiful than the pictures and I never tired of the fantastic view. I believe I saw a rainbow from the lanai every morning and the sunsets were fantastic. The condo was much more spacious than I had anticipated with attractive furnishings and artwork. The kitchen was very well equipped and organized. Although the temperatures were in the 80's we never needed to use the AC as the trade winds kept us comfortable. There was a nice collection of Dvd's and we especially enjoyed the movies filmed on Kauai as it was fun to pick out places we had seen or visited. We never heard any noise from the adjoining units except from the lanai. The roosters were on our time schedule and woke us at an appropriate hour each morning. Hanalei Bay Resort is beautifully landscaped and I especially enjoyed all the orchids attached to the trees. We did not find the walk to the beach to be troublesome. The resort will be even better once the restaurant is complete. Lots of progress was occurring the week we were there but they still had quite a way to go. Joan was very easy to work with and willing to provide advice. She recommended a hike once we arrived that we really enjoyed, Wai Koa trail. I can wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful condo and resort."
