"We are in our fourth day of a week long stay and can confirm and endorse the other reviews. This place is simply amazing in all aspects. The location is perfect for all activities. Our advice would be to quit wasting your time researching other properties and book this one - you will not regret it. And remember to bring your Uke!"

"This unit had everything we were looking for - nice furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, quality linens, updated kitchen & bath and a view that would knock your socks off. Being able to see waterfalls (especially after the rain) from the front of the unit was a bonus! We ate most dinners in so we could take advantage of having our dinner on the lanai during sunset. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Booking the unit was easy as was the check in/out process. We would recommend this unit to others without hesitation."

"This is a beautiful, central place to stay on the North Shore! The home is spacious, nicely decorated and has great amenities to play on the beach, eat in, and make this your home--away-from-home in Kauai. We stayed half of our trip in Poipu but next time we will just come spend our whole time here!"

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Pali Ke Kua #111 is perfectly situated in Princeville overlooking 180 degrees of the Pacific and the infamous Bali Hai. The flock of Nene who visited us each morning made for the perfect foreground in our photos. Due to the private trail, we quickly found ourselves snorkeling at the beach below. What a relief not to worry about parking/guarding our belongings. Had we stayed anywhere else, this would've been our dilemma. The clean/quaint condo was ideal, complete with all the comforts of home. The staff of Coldwell Banker Bali Hai went above and beyond. From allowing me to have a package delivered to the office, to delivering it to the condo, to sending bags of ice and a handyman when our icemaker was on the fritz, they helped make our vacation stress-free. The A/C, which is hard to hard to find in rentals, was appreciated. We suggest seeing Doug and Sandy McMaster play Hawaiian tunes the real old, soft & sweet (nahenahe) style on their slack-key and ukulele. They perform every Sunday/Tuesday at the Hanalei Community Center. Instead of just taking a picture of Hanalei's Wai'oli Church, we attended a Sunday service. We were welcomed with the Aloha spirit, and treated to hymns in the Hawaiian language. For another unique spiritual experience, visit the Hindu Monastery. The property is home to the hand-carved Iraivan Temple, a collection of flowers/plants, and friendly monks. You may even spot Woody Harrelson like we did! The Monastery-owned Rudruksha forest is filled with hundreds of Rudruksha trees and a floor covered with beautiful blueberry beads. We also suggest Limahuli Garden in Hanalei. As dinner, the spaghetti and pizza at Hideaways is good. We picked up frozen and fresh pies (chicken and beef) from The Right Slice in Lihui, and they were great! The Mango Lilikoi pie is outstanding! Shave Ice Tege Tege is excellent. We recommend the Green Tea. Kauai is a beautiful and magical place, and our stay in #111 allowed us to experien"
