  • Snowbird heaven

"My husband and I spent 4 months in this studio condo, January 9, 2014 through May 8, and it was perfect for us. We needed an affordable rental in order to realize our dream vacation and this was it! The kitchenette had everything you'd need to prepare a small meal. The full sized refrigerator was great in keeping cold drinks, salads, and anything else you'd want. Being close to Foodland in Princeville was very convenient. One of the best things about this condo, besides the fantastic location, is the wonderful breeze that comes through. Often when we'd come home after a hot day at the beach, we thought the condo was air conditioned! We didn't really need the big fan until the last few weeks. We did use the counter-top fan in the bathroom frequently to keep down any mildew. Most days were spent at Anini Beach. It was so convenient to have bamboo mats, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, beach umbrellas and even a yoga mat in the closet. On the days we didn't go to the beach we were able to relax around the pool and enjoy a refreshing swim. We love this condo so much that we've already reserved it for next winter! We will miss our little piece of heaven until we return next year."

  • Great Stay!

"We enjoyed our stay at Paniolo and Kauai! The property is fully as advertised. Very nice, and the "wall" between the bed and living room area make the condo seem like a one-bedroom condo. Ward is very patient and helpful with any questions, and his recommendations for food and activities were great! Don't miss the bakery in Kilauea! We would stay here again if we are so fortunate to come back to Kauai."

  • Husband and Wife celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary

"I felt very comfortable about renting the condo even before we arrived, due to the friendly conversations with the owner prior to our trip. When we arrived, we found everything just as described by her and in the online pictures. What a lovely location! Our porch view was of a lovely golf course and the surrounding residences were beautiful and as well kept as ours. We enjoyed our 30 minute hike down to the gorgeous bay. There were plenty of activities within minutes of driving, and what beautiful scenery during those drives! The kitchen was fully equipped and the in-house laundry facilities made our stay much easier. We would definitely rent Annie's Condo again!"

  • Princeville Ease

"Our family of four was perfectly comfortable in this one bedroom free standing bungalow. We had everything we needed. Very short drive to Hanalei Bay and to Anini Beach. Evening swims at Anini Beach are quite enjoyable. And Hanalei Bay has plenty of wave variety day-to-day. The walk down the trail to Anini Beach is beautiful! But some of the trail is a little steep and was to difficult for my husband who was rehabilitating after an injury. We loved that Foodland (discount card provided) and Shave Ice were very close. Sushi Girl is an awesome drive-up sushi place and well worth the 4 miles beyond Hanalei. We liked renting equipment from Hanalei Beach Boys. Kenny is fun, welcoming and very accommodating. The wifi connection in the bungalow is not always strong but it wasn't a big deal. Definitely bring the earplugs cause of the roosters. We enjoyed having the convenience of a kitchen so much that we didn't even end up going to a restaurant. Although we did the very traditional Smith Family Luau in Kapaa. It was touristy and magnificent but a real splurge. This bungalow is the perfect place for a couple or a family that want to experience Kauai in a very comfortable, private and more local type setting. Aloha and Mahalo!"
