  • Quiet and clean updated home with plenty of space.

"My family of 6 and a 7mo old visited the north shore for spring break. The house was very clean, well stocked, spacious, quit neighborhood, great lanai's for morning coffee. The bikes came in handy for fun rides to the Princeville stores/shops, The St. Regis, Queens Bath or Hideaways Beach as this was the only things to do close by besides golfing. To visit other main points on the island you will need a car. As we cooked in the kitchen, we realized the garbage disposal and hot water wasn't working in the sink. We called Angela and she promptly called out their repair guy who was very nice and got us up and running. We also miss placed our pool key and she took care of that too! Thanks for helping to make our trip so enjoyable! We found ourselves searching for the sun most of our stay. Being from WA state we definitely came for fun in the sun. So we drove down to the east side or south shore beaches for this no more then 20 min to a little over an hour away. When we got too burnt then we would hang out on the north shore beaches. I would recommend Tunnels or Hideaways for overall fun and beauty on the north. Not too crowded and good snorkeling. Parking is limited though. Other good snorkeling was Annini Beach where we swam with 3 turtles. It was great to relax and unwind after a full days fun in this town home. Great showers, pool/jacuzzi facility, kitchen, 50" flat screen, AC etc. All the comforts a home should have. All the people we met were very nice and helpful with local tips. Nihilani was a very nice place to stay and was one of the newest developments."

  • Great Price, Great Location, Great Condo!

"My wife and I stayed at this condo for just over three weeks in June. It was a spacious clean condo that was perfect for us. My in laws and some friends came throughout our time there so the two bedrooms were wonderful. We had a few small problems when we first arrived, (plumbing, no propane, etc.) but after letting the owner and condo manger know, everything was fixed right away. We really appreciated how quickly they handled those issues so we didn't have to worry about them! The location was ideal for us. It felt secluded but you were so close to everything you would need or want. We often went to Princeville shopping center for food, snow cones and live music. (If Cam is playing and singing you will not be disappointed.) We were able to travel around the North Shore and experience so many amazing beaches and activities without having to drive fare. For example, Queens bath is around a 4 minute drive and Hideaways beach (located opposite of St. Regis) is about 6 minutes away. When we didn't feel like going anywhere, we just relaxed at the wonderful pool right outside the door. We even grilled out on several occasions by the pool and on our porch. It was fantastic! The only reason we give this condo 4 stars is because of the noise. Sadly 2 out of the three weeks that we stayed in the condo, there were also people staying upstairs (three separate groups). We could hear just about every step they took as if they were giants. It definitely shouldn't deter you from staying at this condo, but just realize it is a ground level condo with others potentially staying above you. We were woken up several times very early in the morning by children running or chairs being moved. It's just REALLY loud for some reason. Just bring ear plugs and you'll probably be fine. It's just something to be aware of. With all that said, we really did love our time on the North Shore and in this condo! You will not find a better condo for the space, price, amenities and location! Trust me, I looked!!"

  • Spectacular

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property and would recommend it without reservation! The location is unbeatable, with sweeping views and peaceful surroundings. The condo is fully stocked and was immaculately clean on our arrival. We enjoyed meeting the nene geese as they stopped by while we breakfasted on the patio each morning! Likewise, the private access to a gorgeous cove and spectacular snorkelling made this vacation rental truly amazing. Another favorite treat at this location was the chance to end the day with a cocktail at the St. Regis (10 min walk)."

  • Wonderful Stay!

"Highly recommended! The pictures do not do the villa justice! Villa was clean and very spacious for 4 adults, both bedrooms were a good size and it was nice to have the 2 floors to accommodate our different schedules. Great kitchen, lots of beach towels and chairs were provided. Having laundry available was a bonus. Lovely view of the mountains, we really enjoyed sitting out and relaxing on the lanai. A great beach just next door in front of the St. Regis (voted the best place on the island to have a drink and watch the sunset) and a beautiful small and secluded beach right across the road (but down a steep trail.) There is a parking spot right out front. You will definitely want to rent a car to explore the island, as there are not many amenities besides the hotel and golf courses in easy walking distance. Hanalei Bay and Kilauea are both less than a 10 min drive away. There are so many lush and breathtaking beaches in the north shore--there is something that feels almost magical about the area. We had been warned that the north shore could be rainy in January, but we had great weather. We much preferred the rugged beauty of the north shore to the more developed south and east coasts. Our time here flew by and we are already to trying to plan when we can come back next!! Another bonus was the amazing movie collection! Lots of VHS, but sooo much selection--we loved it! We watched Jurassic Park since it was filmed in Kauai. Beautiful and well-maintained property, great value for money, great location for relaxing and exploring the north shore!"
