  • Just like coming home!

"Aloha Helen! We left your beautiful home this morning-we had such an amazing stay! It was just like coming home each evening!! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was a dream with everything you could possibly need, and we loved sitting on the patio each morning and enjoying our coffee! Thank you so much for sharing it with us!! 🌺"

  • Highly recommended!

"This beautiful unit was such a pleasure to stay in. It is newly and beautifully renovated with high quality materials and great taste. Lots of beautiful fabric pillows and art really give it an island personality. It is spacious, and BOTH of the bedrooms and bathrooms are really nice. It is very quiet, not close to a road, with nobody above the unit. Because it is the condo unit in a row of four, nobody walks past it. Kitchen is very well equipped with all essentials. Although Princeville is a large community of resorts that lacks much personality, it is a close drive more interesting places. And the condo is a short (though a bit of a climb) walk from the beautiful Anini Beach via a wide dirt trail (5-10 minute walk). Lots of guide books in the condo as well. It has been thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for your stay."

  • Great 10-day stay

"We had a great stay and would love to return to this townhouse in Princeville! The townhouse is very spacious with a large living and dining area and good-sized kitchen. There is one bedroom downstairs with it's own patio and full bathroom. The upstairs has a loft with a futon outside a master bedroom with full bathroom and balcony. The area is a resort community (Princeville), well-groomed with lots of walking paths and great views. You are in walking distance from beaches, including about 1.5 miles to Queens Bath. There is a good grocery store on the highway nearby and some restaurants too. It's great that you are on the beautiful north shore with easy access to great beaches and to Hanelei (about 10 min away). I recommend this townhouse. Nice. Spacious and a great value. Thank you for a great stay!"

  • Home away from home

"This condo does have a slice of an ocean view, which is lovely. It is very homey with Hawaiian knick-nacks that made us feel we were in our own home in Hawaii. It was just my husband and I and it was just what we needed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. There is a path that is a little steep but easier than I thought it would be that leads down to Anini Beach. My husband and I snorkeled with a sea turtle at this beach. There are no lifeguards so before you snorkel I would ask advice in if to safe or not. There is a channel that will cause a rip current during high surf. Do not snorkel if there is high surf. Too any tourists underestimate the power of Hawaiian waters. Just ask the lifeguards what they think. Being able to walk to the beach was so nice. Every morning I would walk to the beginning of the trail where there is a lookout and watch the surf. I would definitely recommend this place. Also, Lisa the owner was responsive to my emails and texts. The only suggestions for an even better experience I would make are these: 1) On the day of our check out we wanted to leave early and go paddle boarding but we were asked to wash and dry our bed sheets that morning. This wouldn't has been a problem if we didn't want to check out early. This made us have to wait around for the wash to finish, we would have liked to have got up in the morning and left as soon as possible. Not a big deal but if you have early morning plans on the day of check out it is slightly disruptive. 2) The bed really hurt our backs. It sinks in towards the middle and is extremely soft. The price and location for the condo were reasonable so we just dealt with this but we definitly noticed that it was a bad bed. Other than that it was a great experience and I would recommend it for The north shore of Kauai. (Which we prefer to the south :)"
