  • Luxury in paradise

"My fiancé and I had a luxurious and comfortable stay here after hiking the Kalalau trail. The view was absolutely amazing- we loved sitting on the grass and watching the sunset. The biggest perks for us were the comfortable bed, great access to Hideaways, and the washer and dryer…and that view!!"

  • Spacious and comfortable

"This upstairs condo is very spacious and it was a perfect base for our explorations of the north shore of Kauai. We were impressed with having access to lots of "toys" for recreation - snorkels, boogie boards, bikes, beach umbrellas etc etc - this was a real bonus and made our holiday time so much better. The house has 3 big bedrooms each with walk in robes that could just about do duty as more bedrooms! It has a well equipped kitchen as well, plus a nice balcony/lanai. The Nihilani complex has a pool and spa too, about 2 minutes walk from the house. We had a great stay and really recommend this property."

  • Perfect stay in Princeville!

"This is a beautiful, central place to stay on the North Shore! The home is spacious, nicely decorated and has great amenities to play on the beach, eat in, and make this your home--away-from-home in Kauai. We stayed half of our trip in Poipu but next time we will just come spend our whole time here!"

Sandpiper Village 1 Travel Tips

Cool Your Heels in the Quiet Waters of Princeville, Hawaii with Sandpiper Village 1 Condos

The Sandpiper is a little brown shorebird that spends most of its time cooling off on the coast, snacking when it is hungry and warming its feathers in the midday sun. From this bird, the Sandpiper Village 1 condos derive their name, and because of this, a stay in any of the beautiful Sandpiper Village 1 vacation homes will nurture the sandpiper habit in you. Using the Princeville vacation rentals to book your next stay in Hawaii can make this possible.

Be a Sandpiper or a Snowbird on Your Next Visit to Kauai

The Sandpiper Village 1 condos are ideal for winter vacationers, because depending on which home or condo you choose to rent for your next Hawaii vacation, you can also choose the length of time you wish to stay. The Sandpiper Village 1 vacation homes are intended to help you relax and spread out, as if you're vacation at your second home. Only, in Princeville, you will not only have access to the picaresque Princeville golf course, but you will also be near Princeville's accessible array of restaurants, shopping centers, and, most importantly, the beaches.

Swim in the Morning, Rest in the Shade in the Afternoon, Have a Drink at Night

Keep whatever kind of schedule you want when you stay at Sandpiper Village. Vacation rentals give you freedom to do as you please, without early check-out times, without lackluster continental breakfasts, and without partying neighbors. You can swim all day, you can rest all day, you can even drink all day (but don't forget to eat, too). The best part is, you can do all of this year round. Summer or winter, the water is always fine at Kauai.
