  • Amazing!

"This quaint town home on the bluff of Sealodge is absolutely breath taking. The view, privacy and intimacy make it an incredible vacation home. The owner has done a great job upgrading the unit. It is the only unit that has its own exclusive entrance and no one above to bother you."

  • Spectacular views!

"Spectacular views, trade winds from 3 directions, lovely end unit. This unit has everything we needed: WiFi, washer and dryer, beach chairs and mats, Walmart bags, beach towels, pots/pans/dishes, coffee maker, books, Scrabble game, binoculars, wide-screen TV, DVD Blu-ray player, new draperies. Condo owner was very easy to work with, rental process when smoothly, competitive pricing for this great view. Plan to rent again."

  • October get away

"My wife and I stayed in F1 for 4 wonderful days.... Princeville is a great area for relaxing and enjoying the garden isle. We found the condo to have a great layout and all the things you would expect in a small home away from home. Although we didn't cook in the unit much, everything was there to prepare great meals. It location was great for us and we ventured to all the local beaches and shopped in all the shops. The Foodland store was convenient and we enjoyed classic to die for dining at the St Regis. I wish I was a golfer, because the course looked fabulous. The pool was cool as it was somewhat cloudy with rain in the evenings, but nice and clean and right next to the unit. Besure to get out early to photograph the sunrise, which was extremely colorful. We recommend this unit for a great Hawaiian vacation. The price was right, also."

  • A GREAT CONDO!!!

"Views from b-12 were really exceptional. What we liked was the GREAT views of the mountains AND good views of the ocean. We had an excellent view of the big mountain--wettest place on earth. Fun to watch the clouds come and go over its top. We really loved the way the lush mountains looked in the sun and varied with the time of day. You can get a better sea view from some other units but this one is good---about 60 degrees of sea view from your lanai and a very nice sea view from the kitchen. The unit is very private--we never drew the drapes. We VERY heartily recommend getting an upstairs unit with really good mountain views as well as some sea views. The unit is clean and very nicely furnished with tasteful and comfortable island furniture and neat island print fabrics. Furniture appears new and there are new maple floors. LOTS of windows, and they all open so you can have the breezes flowing through the unit all the time. A VERY nice touch is that there is a full wall of mirrors in the living room so you think the views are ALL around you. Kitchen is good and well stocked. Bathroom is small but adequate. Excellent shower. Very nice owner Leila. Good rental price. We will absolutely go back to this unit. THINGS TO DO: Lots of great beaches. We liked Lumahai. Ke'e and Tunnels are nice but crowded and it is hard to park there. The Tiki Bar in the Princeville Center is really fun--Mike is great. We also had an excellent lunch there. The Lighthouse and bird sanctuary are nearby-very interesting--volunteers are there to tell you about things and a good video running in the gift shop. There is a bistro on the way to the lighthouse in that has a great saimen bowls. Hanalei for browsing. Sit out on the bluff in front of the condos and watch and listen to the sea. Great place for a glass of wine (although our lanai was a great place for a glass of wine too!!!) We did the trek to the beach below the condo--a bit tough but well worth it,,,probably slippery when wet. Be careful. The North shore is very peaceful and we just hung out on beaches (we tried to see them all) and on our lanai. Lots of lovely vistas from the roads. Nice slow pace. Very relaxing. The Princeville Center has a very well stocked grocery store, which is handy. WiFi works. Parking is good. Very quiet--oh perhaps with the exception of the roosters, but they are really fun and add to the character. They are EVERYWHERE on the island."
