  • Awesome condo, ocean front, very affordable

"Our family of 3 stayed at this unit for 8 days. Very spacious, great to have 2 baths with a teenage girl! Condo and Kitchen are very well stocked, even a teapot for non-coffee drinkers. Loved the ocean view, birds, chickens, flowers, sunsets right out the back door. Quiet and close to many beautiful beaches, hiking, golf, shopping. Nice pool with waterfall and 2 hot tubs. Concierge to help with activity planning. Great unit/great location - Hope to come back again during whale season!"

  • Cheap and Cheerful... A Good Condo

"My family of 4 with two young kids stayed at this condo for 9 days and had a great trip. The Cliffs resort is well located and has all the recreational amenities that you could want (pool, hot tub, tennis, basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard courts and a small playground) The grounds are kept up and clean. There is a Foodland just up the street and the village of Hanalei Bay is only a 5 min drive. Beaches are close but not really walkable. The St Regis beach is probably the closest accessible beach about 11/2 miles down the road (tip...you can valet park your car for free and use the beach and restaurants at the St Regis). Queens landing and hideaway beach are also close but require hiking/climbing to get to. Other beaches on the north shore are between 10-20 min drive. The earlier you arrive at the beach the better your chances for decent parking. The condo was as advertised. It was clean on arrival and had most of what you will need to cook with. There were start up kits of coffee, filters, soaps, paper towel and tp so you could get by without shopping before you arrive. Beach towels were also provided. It's located next to the office and you won't have a view of anything but the staff parking lot from your main lanai ... that's why the cost is lower than other units. It's quiet and we weren't in the condo much so really didn't care about the view. An advantage is the close proximity to the pool and recreation courts. For the price this is an excellent unit to stay in."

  • kids straight A reward trip

"This was our first trip to Kauai and we were extremely comfortable in this condo. The beds were excellent, plenty of bathrooms (family of five, three kids, 10, 9, 7), the tvs in every room were nice at night, the kitchen is well appointed, plenty of boogie boards, skim boards and drink coolers for beach excursions and hikes. Its a large condo and we never felt cramped at all. The kids loved the pools, jacuzzi and waterfalls. The views and breeze coming from the ocean were incredible. Sea turtles everywhere right below on the reefs and whales were spouting in the distance. Princeville has a great supermarket and the Cliffs staff gives you a discount card at check in. I bought ahi poke all week for $10/lb. I couldnt believe it!"

  • Great home for our family for two weeks

"We had a fantastic time at Jane's Condo at The Cliffs--it was truly our home away from home for the two weeks we spent in Kauai. From the initial email, Jane was very professional and responsive in handling the reservation. When we arrived, we were pleased to see that the condo looks even better than the photos shown here and has a great view of the ocean. It's centrally located--only a five minute ride to Hanalei or 10 minutes to the beach at Anini-- and the complex is great for families with a pool and other activities. The kitchen is very well equipped which was important to us because we like to cook in a lot. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and will definitely book again should we return to the Garden Island."
