"This property was super and fulfilled all of our expectations. My only word of advice is that the condo is fairly "open air" and the tolerance for even normal conversation at night is low. So don't book if you are a group that likes to sit and laugh and converse late into the evening."

  • Fantastic Property!

"This is a wonderful property to house your fondest memories. It's location is perfect, energy is wonderful and amenities are all anyone could ask for. I have stayed in this condo many times and will continue to do so. Enjoy the trades, the wonderful ocean view, the tranquility of Princeville and all the magic of Kauai. You won't be disappointed! :)"

  • Alii Kai Condo

"What an adorable place! My husband and I travelled to the north shore of Kuaui for the second half of our Hawaiian vacation and stayed at Karen's place for several days. It was clean, comfortable and very convenient to the areas attractions we were looking to visit (Hanalei, the Kualalau Trail, north shore beaches, to name a few.) On our first day there we followed a path down to the water just in front of the condo to find an amazing rocky beach (Turtle Cove I think?) We snorkled and swam and found a great cave to explore! We were also able to walk to the Queen's Bath from the condo, a real treat since parking there is very limited. The condo was well-stocked with well maintained beach accessories including lush beach towels and the condo was super quiet, even though all 4 units of the building were occupied during our stay. I would love to stay here again if I ever make it back to Kuaui!"

  • October get away

"My wife and I stayed in F1 for 4 wonderful days.... Princeville is a great area for relaxing and enjoying the garden isle. We found the condo to have a great layout and all the things you would expect in a small home away from home. Although we didn't cook in the unit much, everything was there to prepare great meals. It location was great for us and we ventured to all the local beaches and shopped in all the shops. The Foodland store was convenient and we enjoyed classic to die for dining at the St Regis. I wish I was a golfer, because the course looked fabulous. The pool was cool as it was somewhat cloudy with rain in the evenings, but nice and clean and right next to the unit. Besure to get out early to photograph the sunrise, which was extremely colorful. We recommend this unit for a great Hawaiian vacation. The price was right, also."
