  • Wonderful Kauai Getaway

"We would highly recommend this condo for anyone wishing to stay in Princeville. From the moment of our arrival until our reluctant departure, we enjoyed the amazing views from the large picture windows. We were a group of two retired couples. The size of this condo made it easy to share our space. This condo was very tastefully decorated with high end furniture. It had a very open airy feel. We had cooling ocean breezes every day, so we didn't need air conditioning. The kitchen had all the essential cooking spices and utensils needed to cook delicious meals. We used the grill several times and the oven to bake banana bread. It was great to cook while looking out at the beautiful, blue ocean. We spotted whales almost every day. This complex has a pleasant pool area that we took advantage of many times. The potted plants and landscaping created a very appealing ambiance. I enjoyed the fact that they had lounge chairs with an umbrella so that I could read in the shade while my sun loving husband could soak up the rays. The water temperature in the salt water pool made it comfortable to swim. There is walking access to both Pali Ke Kua and Pu'u Poa beaches. Be aware that both paths involve stairs. The condo has beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler in the closet on the lanai. Paul was great to work with. He was always prompt with his responses to any of our questions. If we every get to Kauai again, we would definitely stay here. Book with confidence!"

  • A Wonderful Vacation

"We really enjoyed our stay and you have a very nice condo. It was everything you said it was and more. We also want to thank you for your help prior to our stay discussing things to do and places to go. Your warm and friendly help certainly helped to enhance our stay. Watching the sunset while sipping a glass of wine was the perfect way to end each day. Our favorite hike was the Waimea Canyon trail to Waipoo Falls. It had spectacular views and we were in the shade about half the time. The Rice Mill tour was very well done. If you like history, learning about local culture, tasting food grown on the island, and eating a delicious lunch, then this tour is for you. The farm that the historic rice mill stands on has been farmed by the same family for six generations. While rice was grown there in the past, the current crop is taro. The view from Hanalei look-out is interesting, because it includes the taro farm at the bottom of the valley. The helicopter (with no doors on it) flown by Jack Harter was a fantastic ride and definitely worthwhile. We had a great day snorkeling at Tunnels Beach. Staying at your condo played a big part in making this such a wonderful vacation."

  • Absolutely Gorgeous!

"Over the years, we have stayed in numerous homes/condos in the Princeville area. This particular condo ranks at the top. Exceptionally well furnished, including supplies and kitchen equipment, very well maintained. The location is simply outstanding... we shall return!"

  • Small gem in the middle of Princeville.

"The Hanalei Bay Resort has over 12, 3 floors apartment complex surrounding a large pool, 8 tennis court and wonderful garden located near the Makai golf course and the St. Regis Princeville Resort. Once check in, we walked to studio #1105 (1st floor) which is located in one of the nearest complex to the lobby. The parking is feet away from the front door. We found ourselves in one of the best condo in the resort. Once on the lanai, spectacular view of the mountain, garden, first class seating for the early morning coffee to late night glass of wine watching and listening to birds show all day. The condo was bigger than expected. We decided to leave the murphy's bed down all the time. We made sure to advise the owner that whoever cleaned the condo did an awesome job. The pool located 80 feet from the condo had beautiful falls, small beach area for family, hot tub and more. Small renovation was being done on the northwest part of the pool but we never saw anybody working. The 10 minutes’ walk to the nice beach was great for the nature, view and exercise. This resort is professionally maintained by friendly staff. The experience dealing with the owner (John) was wonderful. We would not hesitate to recommend this resort."
