  • Wonderful Vacation Condo

"We enjoyed our stay at this condo and had another wonderful family vacation in Kauai. The Princeville area is the most beautiful on the island. We enjoy the beaches, hikes, golf course and beauty in this area. The condo was well equipped and we liked the location- right next to the work out facility and swimming pool. We enjoyed using the bikes for our nightly rides to see the sunset and used the cooler to pack our lunch each day for the beach or hikes. Thank you for providing this condo to rent- it made the vacation more enjoyable to have great place to return to after exploring the island."

  • Cheap and Cheerful... A Good Condo

"My family of 4 with two young kids stayed at this condo for 9 days and had a great trip. The Cliffs resort is well located and has all the recreational amenities that you could want (pool, hot tub, tennis, basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard courts and a small playground) The grounds are kept up and clean. There is a Foodland just up the street and the village of Hanalei Bay is only a 5 min drive. Beaches are close but not really walkable. The St Regis beach is probably the closest accessible beach about 11/2 miles down the road (tip...you can valet park your car for free and use the beach and restaurants at the St Regis). Queens landing and hideaway beach are also close but require hiking/climbing to get to. Other beaches on the north shore are between 10-20 min drive. The earlier you arrive at the beach the better your chances for decent parking. The condo was as advertised. It was clean on arrival and had most of what you will need to cook with. There were start up kits of coffee, filters, soaps, paper towel and tp so you could get by without shopping before you arrive. Beach towels were also provided. It's located next to the office and you won't have a view of anything but the staff parking lot from your main lanai ... that's why the cost is lower than other units. It's quiet and we weren't in the condo much so really didn't care about the view. An advantage is the close proximity to the pool and recreation courts. For the price this is an excellent unit to stay in."

  • Great setting and good value.

"We had a very nice stay at this clean and well equipped condo for 4 nights. It is as advertised. Nicely located on the north shore with unobstructed views of the ocean. If you are relatively fit you can walk to a small secluded beach. It is the perfect distance from the surf such that with the bedroom window open and you can be lulled into sleep on the comfortable bed. Enjoy the morning watching the sun rise along the coast. The owners were reliable and nice to work with. We would stay here again."

  • Beautiful and relaxing

"This condo is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend staying here. The views are incredible as is the resort. You will not be disappointed. We stayed for 6 days with my family of three girls and brought our babysitter. The condo is spacious and comfortable. Our sitter stayed in her own unit, which is attached, via a door. She had her own bathroom, lanai, and entry. The condo was recently remodeled and looks fantastic. The beds are comfortable. The master bedroom has a Tempur Pedic mattress and a gorgeous view. My two older daughters loved sleeping in the loft, which they accessed via a cool spiral staircase. Kristin at Aloha condos was kind enough to arrange for a pack n’ play for our youngest daughter and a high chair to be delivered. The condo is well stocked and we even found sand toys, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, tennis rackets, tennis balls, and many different sized coolers in the closet. This was great for taking on hikes and to the beach. Hanalei Bay Resorts has a beautiful pool and outdoor hot tub. My kids loved it! The pool is on the colder side but this did not stop us from jumping in. The staff at the resort is very helpful and friendly. Check the resort activity calendar when you check in as they have activities for kids and adults at the resort or nearby in Princeville, like lei making, hula classes, yoga, and scuba diving lessons. The beach is a five minute walk—very accessible and the path is right next to this condo. Hanalei is a quick 10 minute drive. There are jogging and walking paths around the different resorts. Princeville town center is right near the resort with a grocery store. You can also walk to dinner or a bar at one of the nearby resort/hotels. I agree that it will be nice when the Hanalei Bay restaurant is finished. We will definitely come back here!"
