  • Great! So much space!

"We stayed for 10 days at the end of November and the beginning of December 2014. Eric and Lana's condo is amazing. It is so spacious. My husband and I joked that we kept getting lost. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom - including the baby! The kitchen is fully equipped with any and gadgets that you may require to cook a gourmet meal. We had several meals with my other family members (around 12 people) and we all fit in the condo. I traveled with my 1 year old baby and I didn't have to babyproof very much to let him wander around the condo. It's also equipped with a high chair which was a godsend! My boy loved sitting in it and being able to eat his meals with us. One problem we encountered while we stayed there, was that the pack-n-play was missing the bottom flat piece to allow your child to sleep in it. This may have been found since we have left, and Lana tried her best to rectify the situation. I was fortunate enough to have family staying nearby and I was able to borrow their pack-n-play. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much Lana and Eric."

  • Great Condo!

"My husband and I love this condo. It is well furnished and comfortable. We especially enjoyed all the extras that come with renting this condo, such as bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, picnic coolers and more! This our first time staying in Princeville and we fell in love with North Shore. We will be back and hopefully we can stay in this beautiful setting in this wonderful condo again!"

  • Best Stay of all 4 islands we visited!!!

"This was my overall favorite place to stay out of all the islands we visited!! We were here for a week and felt right at home. Beautiful view: lots of plants behind you and the golf course and you can see the ocean in the distance. Its a short walk to cliff overlooking the ocean where we spent many a night watching the sunset!! its a great location for any activity or destination on the north side of the island. The layout of the condo is perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of privacy. It was only 2 of us but 4 could stay here easily with the 2 full bathrooms and pull-out sofa. Up to date appliances and washer/dryer. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of room for our own items. Even had nice soaps and shampoos for the bathroom. Only issue we had was not having the trade winds bring some coolness into the condo. We love to cook our own food and of course the oven can make the kitchen hot. There is no a/c in the family are and with no winds to blow through it would get quite hot. The a/c in the bedroom worked (although very loud, I think a bearing is shot??) but its not big enough nor recommended to cool the entire unit. Customer Service with the Parrish Management Company was also excellent. I would highly recommend this place and I hope to come back in the future. One thing I would note though, if you are planning on doing a lot on the south side of the island, you may want to stay on that side (split up your stay). Since there is only one road north and south traffic can get backed-up and you spend a good portion of your day driving. There is so much to see on the whole island so don't cheat yourself on a short stay!"

  • Heaven on Earth

"Hale Ho'opio is an amazing place of extraordinary beauty, serenity, and comfort, providing great relaxation and sanctuary for body and soul. It is elegantly appointed with wide open spaces and stunning panoramic views of the mountains. The views from the living room, screen porch, and lanai are so jawdroppingly beautiful that you could just sit all day and be bathed in the glory of nature without even going outside. The layout is very conveniently designed, so that there is easy access to everything you need. There is plenty of ventilation from ceiling fans in almost every room and screen doors to the spacious lanai and the delightful screen porch. I have stayed here every year for the past four summers and wish I could live here year round. It is truly my home away from home. Maren is an absolute pleasure to deal with, very responsive and caring to her repeat clientele, always welcoming me back with fresh bouquets of flowers and special treats from the garden. The property manager is terrific, incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to be of service, and the home and grounds are maintained in pristine condition. This is truly a heavenly place situated in its own private corner of paradise, the north shore of Kauai, one of the most beautiful and sacred sites in the world. The breathtaking splendor of Na Pali, Ke'e Beach, Hanalei Bay, and Anini is just literally minutes away."
