"This condo unit is exceptionally clean. It offers high quality fixtures and an excellent bed. The view is unmatched and the beach access is a nice bonus. I am glad to see the owner maintain the property to such a high standard, which, unfortunately for outer island properties is not the norm.
In terms of conveniences (restaurants and shopping), Princeville is quieter than I expected and Lihue is a bit of a drive. The pool area provided with the condo development is marginal - more of an after thought.
Overall, a great property that offers a picture perfect view."

"This was the first time staying at a rental/resort that had everything we needed for our entire stay......we travel to Cabo, Kauai, San Diego and Santa Barbara every year and I own a vacation rental business..I am embarrassed that I don't offer all those great amenities to my vacation rental guests. We were super happy with our whole stay at your condo. We plan to come back every year in January and stay at your unit.
The weather was perfect for our whole stay. The location of your unit was perfect, we loved walking to the St. Regis and we spent a lot of time at their beach. When we ran out of groceries....I took a short walk to the grocery store in the evening. We ate out only three times during our stay and we did a lot of cooking at the pool BBQ grill and in the kitchen. The pool/hot tub is so close to the unit...we loved it. We ran out of sunblock a day before we departed....we were so grateful that your unit had a full bottle of sunblock to use. There are really too many wonderful details to put in my review.
A small suggestion, we were worried that the bathrooms were going to be out dated since there were no photos posted up of the 2 other bathrooms. The bathrooms were beautiful..especially the master bathroom. I highly recommend posting photos of the bathrooms.
Thank you for making your unit affordable for everyone to enjoy. Great experience with Kauai Vacation Rentals ...they rolled out the red carpet with their service and kind welcome gift."

Cozy, spacious condo that was very well-stocked with great amenities
"My husband, three-year-old daughter, and myself recently stayed at Eddie's Hula Hut and very much enjoyed the condo unit. The kitchen was great and had lots of staples stocked so we could buy the things we'd actually use vs. only use once. Was super helpful to have so many beach-friendly things as well (chairs, cooler bags, toys, etc.) The only complaint is that while there is a charming grotto pool across the road from the condo, it's not really friendly to children. The residents there were ok with our kiddo, but a small group of kids playing Marco Polo were asked to shut it down. And we often felt uncomfortable anytime our daughter raised her voice when she was excited about being in the water or what have you. We heard lots of grumbling from the permanent residents about kids that were being heard as well as seen. I think it's 100% fine for people to not want kids in their condo complex, especially full-time residents, but I'm not sure it's wise to bill this as a family-friendly place. I think it's way more suitable for adults or kids teen-aged and older. We loved the condo, but probably won't rent there again because as our daughter gets older, she's inevitably going to be more vocal and energetic and that clearly will not be welcomed."

"Paradise inside and out. Comfortable and accommodating, this home became our home away from home. Although not on the beach, we found a trail that took us to a special tropical paradise, away from traffic and people. Whether sitting inside with a cup of coffee, or outside with a pina colada, this house afforded comfort at every turn. Interesting architecture set this home apart with rounded rooms, and images of Graham Nash "jamming" with his crew in the rooms, made this a very special place. Would come back in a heartbeat... and we named the baby albatross in the front yard, Graham. Book it. You won't be disappointed."
