  • Great Price, Great Location, Great Condo!

"My wife and I stayed at this condo for just over three weeks in June. It was a spacious clean condo that was perfect for us. My in laws and some friends came throughout our time there so the two bedrooms were wonderful. We had a few small problems when we first arrived, (plumbing, no propane, etc.) but after letting the owner and condo manger know, everything was fixed right away. We really appreciated how quickly they handled those issues so we didn't have to worry about them! The location was ideal for us. It felt secluded but you were so close to everything you would need or want. We often went to Princeville shopping center for food, snow cones and live music. (If Cam is playing and singing you will not be disappointed.) We were able to travel around the North Shore and experience so many amazing beaches and activities without having to drive fare. For example, Queens bath is around a 4 minute drive and Hideaways beach (located opposite of St. Regis) is about 6 minutes away. When we didn't feel like going anywhere, we just relaxed at the wonderful pool right outside the door. We even grilled out on several occasions by the pool and on our porch. It was fantastic! The only reason we give this condo 4 stars is because of the noise. Sadly 2 out of the three weeks that we stayed in the condo, there were also people staying upstairs (three separate groups). We could hear just about every step they took as if they were giants. It definitely shouldn't deter you from staying at this condo, but just realize it is a ground level condo with others potentially staying above you. We were woken up several times very early in the morning by children running or chairs being moved. It's just REALLY loud for some reason. Just bring ear plugs and you'll probably be fine. It's just something to be aware of. With all that said, we really did love our time on the North Shore and in this condo! You will not find a better condo for the space, price, amenities and location! Trust me, I looked!!"

  • Snowbird heaven

"My husband and I spent 4 months in this studio condo, January 9, 2014 through May 8, and it was perfect for us. We needed an affordable rental in order to realize our dream vacation and this was it! The kitchenette had everything you'd need to prepare a small meal. The full sized refrigerator was great in keeping cold drinks, salads, and anything else you'd want. Being close to Foodland in Princeville was very convenient. One of the best things about this condo, besides the fantastic location, is the wonderful breeze that comes through. Often when we'd come home after a hot day at the beach, we thought the condo was air conditioned! We didn't really need the big fan until the last few weeks. We did use the counter-top fan in the bathroom frequently to keep down any mildew. Most days were spent at Anini Beach. It was so convenient to have bamboo mats, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, beach umbrellas and even a yoga mat in the closet. On the days we didn't go to the beach we were able to relax around the pool and enjoy a refreshing swim. We love this condo so much that we've already reserved it for next winter! We will miss our little piece of heaven until we return next year."

  • Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer

"My family and I stayed in this condo in Dec. 2013. It was even larger than we expected, with more than enough room for the six of us. It is well equipped for cooking and preparing meals. We loved the fact it is in a gated community which added to our feeling of security. Not only is it a beautiful condo, it is located on a golf course that is as well maintained as the condo development which is meticulously cared for. The pool was excellent as was the BBQ located there. The property manager was easily available when we needed a battery replaced in a smoke detector. The owner was excellent to work with, prompt, organized and helpful. We were extremely comfortable here and would not hesitate to book again with confidence."

  • Coco Cottage in Hanalei, Kauai

"Beautiful little bedroom/bathroom/shower outside house. Just charming and adorable. Very clean, well-thought out, two blocks from beach, quiet street, very private. No one bothered us. Great deal. Peaceful, loved it. Close to town as well, two blocks."
