Blue Anini Cottage was PERFECT
"My husband and I just stayed at the Blue Anini Cottage for our honeymoon. I was very impressed. The most striking thing was how clean it was. Also spacious, nice bathroom/shower, and the bed was very comfortable. The lanai was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a meal or drink. We were awakened by roosters most mornings, but they're everywhere so just prepare yourself and know that most of the time they take breaks! The location was perfect--close to both Princeville and Hanalei. The grill, beach accessories, coffee, and macadamia nuts that were provided were a nice treat. We would definitely stay here again. As far as things in the area that we enjoyed, we found the grocery store in Princeville good for most of the things we wanted. We ate at Bouchon's in Hanalei twice--casual atmosphere with beautiful mountain views and great sushi for much less than we paid elsewhere. We also found the Mai Tai's at Tahiti Nui in Hanalei to be the best (as advertised!)."

"The home we stayed in had everything one could ask for. It was quite spacious, 3 very nice bedrooms, beautiful attached baths, and open and airy layout ideal for the climate in Kauai. It was well stocked with all amenities and everything was neat and tidy. Open kitchen was great as all of us could pitch in and at the same time relax in the spacious attached family room. And it did sleep 10 as advertised, 7 adults and 3 children. The big screened veranda upstairs was the choice of everyone who wanted some quiet time. Ample furniture, cookware, dinnerware and utensils. Altogether a great home for a family vacation.
The beach at Hanalei Bay was a short stroll away, as was "downtown" Hanalei, with all the shops and restaurants. All the beach needs (towels, kids' toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach chairs and more) were stocked in the garage. And the bikes were great for young and older adults.
The house was in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful landscaping, but close to all the activities of the town.
I would recommend it to anyone who wants a great home in a great location for a family vacation."

"This place is absolutely amazing in every way! My wife and I stayed 7 days and did not want to leave. We would have if there was not more people coming. It is almost on the beach and can hear the waves crash at night. Great location on a almost private beach, quite and an amazing room!
I highly suggest this stay, unless we are going to come back then please don't book the same time."

Colorado grandparents with daughter, grand kids and friends.
"Six of us spent 10 glorious days at this beautiful house, with 2 more friends staying in the cottage. This was our fourth time in Kauai and all have been on the North Shore and the beautiful town of Hanalei. We love the mountains and the ocean all at the same place."
