  • Trip of a Life-Time!

"Thank You - Thank You – Thank You! This was our first family trip for my young family and it was perfect. The home was large enough that we were able to invite our extended family to stay with us. We found this property to be very comfortable for a large group; two levels multiple Lanai's gave everyone space to enjoy our stay. The accommodations had a few surprises that we really enjoyed! The cooler, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella, and bogie boards were a really nice touch. The new beds were very comfortable and the TV’s/Entertainment system made us feel right at home. All and all the accommodations were perfect. We spent two weeks here and found the location to be perfect. Easy walks down to either Ship Wreck Beach, Brennecke’s beach, or Poipu Beach Park made it easy for us to enjoy beach life; unusual reef formations, swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, snorkeling and scuba diving are all found within a one mile stretch of this property. A We can’t wait to come back!"

  • The best lanai ever and lovely condo in Poipu!

"This condo was fabulous! The lanai had the best view ever and we saw turtles, dolphins, and whales pretty much every day we were there. With a comfy couch and seats, plus a table and chairs for eating, we spent more time out there than inside. The sunsets were amazing. We slept with the windows open and the sound of crashing waves was so soothing. The condo was clean and well-maintained and had all the cooking gear we needed. The toy closet had boogie boards, some beach chairs, mats, etc. It was comfortable inside as well, the beds were fine, nice looking TV (that we never used because Kauai has so much to do!), comfy living room seating, and adequate wifi. It's not huge but it was perfectly fine for two adults and two teenagers. The owners were very nice though once we choose the place, from then on we dealt with Parrish management and they were friendly as well. The condo was well situated for us. Brenneke beach was a short walk, Poipu beach a little further and you can walk to it if you aren't carrying too much gear or with small children. But it was only a couple of minutes to drive to it with our stuff and Poipu beach was totally awesome, especially for novice snorkelers like us. So many gorgeous fish right close to shore! There were plenty of nice restaurants within a very short drive, and Sueoka or Big Save for groceries, and easy access to roads to take you around the island. We especially enjoyed Keoki's Paradise and Puka Dog and Jo Jo's Shave Ice while in Kauai. We would definitely return to this condo and highly recommend it!"

  • Great!

"Beautiful condo in a lovely complex. We enjoyed our week in this spotless unit which was even nicer in person than in the pictures and description on this website. Especially appreciated were the floor fans in each room, which with the ceiling fans made the days when the trade winds weren't blowing fairly comfortable. Parking was never a problem and location was close to several shopping areas. Owner was helpful and rental process was easy. We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family."

  • Super condo!

"This was a super condo and my family really enjoyed the time that we spent in it. It is a bit tucked away but that makes for a very quiet stay as about the only noise that you hear is from the neighbors (everyone was pretty respectful and by ten PM, it was quiet). The location is excellent, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach (the waves were probably 6-8 feet, which made for quite a bit of excitement) along with a couple of nearby restaurants (Casa di Amici is about a one minute walk across the street and it is a very good Italian restaurant while Brennecke's Beach Broiler is about a five minute walk and is located right across the street from the beach) and there are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-10 minute drive (Big Save for most items, Living Foods for specialty items and in the plaza where Living Foods is located, there are a bunch of restaurants). The condo is fully equipped with everyone that you need. You need to go up a flight of stairs to get to the front door and enter into a spacious upstairs where there is a full kitchen (all modern and up to date appliances), a dining room area (table with four chairs) and a living room room area (couch, flat screen TV, stereo). There is strong wi-fi throughout the condo. When you get downstairs (inside flight of stairs), there are two bedrooms (one with a King bed, bathroom and very small flat screen TV and the other one with two twin beds and another bathroom just outside in the hallway) along with the washer/dryer combo and a small patio. The grounds are really nice and well tended to with lots of flowers and plants along with a nice BBQ area (two nice sized BBQ's along with picnic tables), tennis courts and a pool (very refreshing). There's not much of a view from the condo but just step outside and take a walk around the area (Grand Hyatt is about 15-20 minutes away) to get plenty of gorgeous views. We had a couple of small issues when we arrived with the refrigerator but I made a quick call to the local person Terri and she was able to help me out. There are fans throughout the condo to get a nice air flow going but I do have to admit that it would have been nice to have a/c for a couple of the hotter days. However, with electricity prices being the highest in the USA, it's no surprise that a/c is hard to find. :) It was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this property."

In a Kauai lodging choice, you will find a home base for your pleasure, whatever that may be.

Poipu Vacation Rentals to Visit the Spouting Horn

It is well-known that the Hawaiian Islands are volcanic, giving visitors unique and breathtaking landscape to view. Visitors to Poipu vacation rentals find the Spouting Horn a particularly fascinating sight; this phenomenon happens with each wave but for a really stunning sight, visit at sunset. From your Kauai lodging choice, a visit to the National Tropical Botanical Garden is an educational trip. This area was founded to conserve the native flora and now covers almost 2,000 acres, with thousands of species. The Gardens, or rather the five gardens, are close to Poipu beach condos.

Poipu Beach Condos with Golf and Tennis

For those staying at Poipu vacation rentals who want sporting vacations, there are two championship golf courses and a variety of tennis courts around the area. Those seeking adventure in the water will enjoy getting out of their Kauai lodging for scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing or kayaking. The area around Poipu beach condos is filled with hiking trails.

Kauai Lodging to See the Garden Island by Sea or Air

There are some great ways to see the Garden Island that surrounds Poipu beach condos. Take an ocean tour to get some great views of the island's amazing coastline. Near your Kauai lodging choice, you'll find day cruises or, for the romantics, an evening couples-only cruise. For the thrill-seekers, an alternative view of the island can be seen from above via a helicopter trip. All this and so much more can be part of your vacation when you stay at Poipu vacation rentals.
