We LOVED our stay at Sansei Hale.
"Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, we absolutely loved it. It was a wonderful sanctuary, so quiet and serene.
Your home is so comfortable, quiet and beautiful and we loved the history behind it as well.
The pictures you post of the home are nice but can't capture the pure luxury of the home and it's furnishings.
We loved sleeping with the windows open so we could hear the stream bubbling by, the Palm trees swaying and the birds singing in the trees.
I will tell everyone I know planning a trip to Kauai about your home..

"We had a wonderful time in Poipu and shared this home with another family. We didn't have any phone usage or WiFi for the first 3 days of our holiday (there are sometimes outages in Kauai) and I had to contact Oceanic myself to get the WiFi sorted out (and book the technician as well). I had to use my cellphone to do all of this as well. It did eventually get resolved.
The house is in good shape and was very roomy for all 8 of us (there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms).
About 5 days before our holiday was over; 3 out of the 4 kitchen chair legs lost one of their wheels, making them unusable. We stored them in the garage and they were not repaired while we were in the house, but luckily; we had enough dining chair for our party.
Christine was very helpful with giving me the information about Oceanic and our phone problems.
The house is located in Poipu; which is a beautiful area; but it does take an hour and 45 minutes to drive to Hanalei (last year we stayed in Kapaa and it East; so everything is quicker to get to). However; we had a lovely holiday and I would definitely use VRBO again!"

"This was our third stay at Hale Pili Aloha and certainly not our last. My husband and I actually plan our trips around the cottage's availability, we love it that much. Tucked away and secluded, yet close to many things in the Poipu area including Baby Beach, we love this little treasure. It's beautifully appointed and so very cozy, my husband says he never sleeps better than when he's there:) It also offers just about anything you could need at the beach: towels, mats, noodles, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc. The owners are incredibly kind and responsive to questions. Trust me, it'll be the best decision you'll make."

"We just returned from 2 weeks on Kauai. We spent the first 6 nights in this gorgeous house and I honestly did not want to leave! This house is absolutely gorgeous, down to every detail. The location is great - slightly away from all of the resorts in Poipu but close enough to be at the beach in 5 minutes. Quiet and relaxing with complete privacy - you are on about 3 acres of land here. The outdoor space is huge. We spent our first morning exploring it all, it's so huge. The decor in the house is top notch - the decorating scheme really keeps the feel of a 1920's plantation home with every update for modern conveniences. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to grill and cook. Our favorite area was the front lanai and pool area. Our kids spent every morning and evening here and there in plenty of lounging chairs for hanging out and watching the kids swim. There is a large shed with a Ping pong table and tons of beach gear. We didn't have to spent any extra money on snorkle gear as it was all right here! The other thing I noticed - this house stayed completely cool all day long, even in the late afternoons. We were so comfortable despite no air conditioning. Ty was great to deal with and came to meet us when we had a question about the house. He gave us some great recommendations for coffee and shave ice and he was right - best on the south shore! He even worked with us after we left when we realized we left my son's special blanket and is going to mail it to us back home. Overall - this house is probably the best we have rented through VRBO. It's even better than the pictures and you will not be disappointed. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home!!"
