"Although this property was not available for my chosen dates, I had excellent interactions with the owner, Florence. She was quick to respond, especially friendly, and very helpful in my search. I would definitely recommend working/renting with her!"

"First visit to Kauai. Thrilled with our choice to stay in the Poipu Beach area. This very comfortable, spacious condo has an amazing outlook. Could not get any closer to the beach. Very nicely furnished and decorated condo. Very comfortable king bed!! Well equipped with extras like snorkelling equipment and beach towels. Watched whales, turtles and surfers from the lanai. Watched the sunset almost every day either from the grassed area in front or with a Majestic Mai Tai sitting at the bar next door. Snorkelled at most beaches on the South shore but found the best to be at nearby Lawai Beach. The condo was within easy walking distance of shops for supplies and dining options and a short drive to bigger stores like Macy's, Walmart and Costco. We have travelled to many countries and look for condo-style accommodation and this one was one of the best we have stayed in. Bonus was free car parking. No fuss check in and out. Security presence at all times. Kauai is an island of beauty and this condo is the place to base yourself to explore. Thanks to the owners."

"Very happy with it, as it's an end unit on the second floor. Saw beautiful double rainbows from the balcony while we were there-only drawback was the weather, which was hot, humid, and rainy with no tradewinds blowing due to the back to back storms headed for Hawaii, which was very unusual. We stayed on Kauai for 4 days and our first time, but I would stay longer next time at this condo. Very nicely furnished 2 bedroom& we could of stayed in & cooked ,but we chose to explore Kauai.
It felt like our home away from home & located in beautiful sunny Poipu Beach-we did 3 hr ATV ranch tour at Kipu Ranch which I highly recommend & best to take it earlier in the day, which we did at 8 am. If you want to go to breakfast, the best spot I found was Kalaheo Café-go in, grab a menu, find seating, then order, it gets crowded and busy very quickly. We had dinner at Keoki's which was very nice; tried Puka Dog for lunch, not that impressed & on the expensive side for a hot dog, had the mango relish with lilikoi mustard, think the buns were Hawaiian sweet bread-too much bread for my taste, but you can say you've experienced it. Last but not least, try JoJo's for shave ice-homemade Hapia topping with macademia nut ice cream-yummy!!!
Be sure to catch Waimea Canyon & the Spouting Horn before you leave....

"From the moment we arrived the condo felt like home, so comfortable. Condo has everything you need. The condo, plantation grounds and beach with the chairs and towels provided, couldn't have been more beautiful. Great surfing, snorkeling, boogie-boarding or just bobbing in the waves beach. The Monk seals who came to join us are a real treat to watch. Snorkeled every other day, bought a book just to look up all the varieties of fish we saw and photographed. Visited so many beaches, the canyon, waterfalls, NaPali coast, this little island is jammed packed with adventure and beauty. Loved the markets, and the numerous stores to shop in. The Garden restaurant and cactus garden a hidden gem on site. Lots of great little restaurants nearby. Time went by so fast, miss it already. Will be coming back."
