  • Made our stay very comfortable

"The condo is neat and clean. It was equipped with cooking basics, new appliances, including full sized washer and dryer. The large lanai gave us the ability to see and hear the ocean. A gorgeous common area deck was perfect for watching sunsets. We hated yo leave."

  • Lovely, peaceful, comfortable, convenient spot!

"Owner and rental property staff were very friendly and accommodating. Earlier reviews regarding the view and appeal of the lanai, as well as the pool and deck are accurate. Pool is small, not built for lap swimming, but enjoyable, nonetheless. A new deck was being built at the end of our stay, so I expect it will be even nicer. Furnishings are very adequate, but not what i would term premier. The unit is pleasant and clean. meeting our most important criteria, reasonable price, lovely peaceful view with the ocean music we craved, convenient location, comfortable beds. The twin beds in the second bedroom can be made into a king. If you need a second large bed, in lieu of the twins, be sure to emphasize that at the time of your reservation. If you are happy with casual, and not expecting a luxury condo, you will be happy you chose this condo. We are. We used Fathom Five for scuba diving, and Napali Catamaran for cruising and snorkeling along the Napali coast, very satisfied with both. Highly recommend reviewing the blue reference book Ultimate Guide to Kauai that Rod has on the coffee table, since it has been put together by local folks and is a more current edition than ours. Amazon has them if you want to bone up before your trip. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Paradise found!

"11 days spent in heaven. I love that it felt like a home away from home. The owners obviously appreciate quality in the upgrades and the way the unit is furnished. I think it has to be the best location in the complex. The views from the Lanai are breathtaking and the sunsets didn't disappoint! Can't wait to go back!"

  • The best lanai ever and lovely condo in Poipu!

"This condo was fabulous! The lanai had the best view ever and we saw turtles, dolphins, and whales pretty much every day we were there. With a comfy couch and seats, plus a table and chairs for eating, we spent more time out there than inside. The sunsets were amazing. We slept with the windows open and the sound of crashing waves was so soothing. The condo was clean and well-maintained and had all the cooking gear we needed. The toy closet had boogie boards, some beach chairs, mats, etc. It was comfortable inside as well, the beds were fine, nice looking TV (that we never used because Kauai has so much to do!), comfy living room seating, and adequate wifi. It's not huge but it was perfectly fine for two adults and two teenagers. The owners were very nice though once we choose the place, from then on we dealt with Parrish management and they were friendly as well. The condo was well situated for us. Brenneke beach was a short walk, Poipu beach a little further and you can walk to it if you aren't carrying too much gear or with small children. But it was only a couple of minutes to drive to it with our stuff and Poipu beach was totally awesome, especially for novice snorkelers like us. So many gorgeous fish right close to shore! There were plenty of nice restaurants within a very short drive, and Sueoka or Big Save for groceries, and easy access to roads to take you around the island. We especially enjoyed Keoki's Paradise and Puka Dog and Jo Jo's Shave Ice while in Kauai. We would definitely return to this condo and highly recommend it!"

Poipu Palms Travel Tips

Snowbirds, Molt Your Feathers at the Poipu Palms Condos

The state of Hawaii is made up of five different islands, each of which has their own host of attractions and appeals. Every mainlander has the dream of one day making it to Hawaii. As this dream is shared by almost all of the mainlanders, no matter what time of year you make it to Hawaii, the beaches, hotels, and resorts are almost always packed. Busy holiday destinations almost guarantee an unpleasant vacation, unless you use Poipu vacation rentals to land yourself in the Poipu Palms condos on the peaceful island of Kauai.

Get Out of the Overpopulated Tourist Avenues of Hawaii and Stay on Kauai

The Poipu Palms vacation homes and condominiums are the perfect Snowbird destination. They're far enough away form the main Hawaii tourist routes that you won't feel crowded or bothered by the noise. At the Poipu Palms condos, you have access to the quiet shores of Poipu Beach Park and any of the amazing restaurants and shopping centers lining Poipu Road. You won't even have to drive anywhere. Put on some sandals instead of snow boots and spend your winter weeks getting a nice tan in the warm tropical sun.

Spend Your Vacation on Your Own Terms with Vacation Rentals By Owner

The Poipu Palms vacation homes are called "homes" because they let you spend your vacation living as if you've been living at Poipu your entire life. With vacation rentals, you get an entire house or condominium to yourself. This means you can spread out, throw your clothes on the coffee table, make pancakes in the morning, and barbeque out on the back porch. You don't get this kind of freedom at a hotel. Spend your winter with peace and luxury to spare at Poipu Palms.
