"Shelley and Greg - Thank you for the use of your wonderful home! The very best part of it was to be able to hear the crashing of the waves. The condo was well stocked and more comfortable than the pictures convey. I also loved the walking path along the ocean. I did a lot of research before choosing your condo and it exceeded all my expectations! Mahalo :)"

"I looked at lots of condos before choosing this one and I wasn't disappointed. It is very close to the Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach. We used the boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, washer and dryer. The condo is surprisingly quiet. The parking is the very end of the drive so I never heard cars and it is far enough away from the condos in front and the houses behind that you don't hear them either. I didn't even hear Roosters which surprised me, just beautiful bird chirping. The upstairs bedroom stayed very pleasant with the cross winds but the down stairs was a bit warmer (especially the other bedroom) unless you had the front door, sliding door and windows all opened but we closed the front door at night. The bathrooms a a bit dated but good size and clean. I recommended a new toilet to the owner because it continued to "cycle" without flushing as was a bit noisy. The kitchen had all newer appliances and was well stocked. It was a great rental! Cheap(er) eats: Bubba Burger, Puka Dogs and Shrimp Station in Waimea. We also ate at Keoki's in the anytime dining area by the bar and the nachos and the aloha ice cream pie (mud pie) were extremely good."

"The views from the condo are AMAZING and we enjoyed hearing the ocean day and night! The extra large lanai is exceptional for coffee & meals, relaxing (and even working on laptop computer). We were able to awaken to a beautiful sunrise each day from the master bedroom (you could close the curtains if you desired, but the sunrise view is just too good to sleep late). We love hiking to Mahaulepu and easy to get to the cliffs beyond the Hyatt from the condo. The trails on the cliffs to the other direction (behind the condo) have amazing views also. The condo was a great home base, well equipped for cooking and had plenty of towels and beach towels. Reserving the condo with Jan was easy and she was always available for any questions. I look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"Stayed here for 9 days while my husband attended a conference at the Grand Hyatt Kauai. The location was superb, the condo was in good shape, and the size allowed us to have our son & daughter-in-law join us for the trip. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely rent this property again for a trip to the Poipu Beach area of Kauai."
