  • Great location, good facilities

"Stayed here for 9 days while my husband attended a conference at the Grand Hyatt Kauai. The location was superb, the condo was in good shape, and the size allowed us to have our son & daughter-in-law join us for the trip. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely rent this property again for a trip to the Poipu Beach area of Kauai."

  • Wonderful condo

"My husband and I shared the condo with another couple and it is perfectly set up for that--both rooms have very comfortable king-sized beds with ensuite bathrooms. Our upstairs room had a deck with a view of the ocean where we watched humpbacks breach! We cooked several meals in the well-stocked kitchen and borrowed boogie boards from the front closet. The condo is walking distance from two wonderful beaches and a great hiking trail. Jan was very helpful and sent us lots of useful information for planning our vacation. We would definitely rent this condo again if we return to Kauai (which I hope we will)!"

  • Great Unit and Location

"A recent trip (April 7-14) in Kauai brought us to Poipu. The unit was well equipped and an excellent layout for 2 couples. Jan had it ready for us and it was immaculate. She takes a lot of care ensuring everything is right for her guests. The very large deck had an excellent view over the lawn and ocean. We enjoyed sitting out in the early morning watching the last of the migrating whales. We made use of the pool and the BBQ while there. Walking next door to the Grand Hyatt was a treat. Kauai is definitely the most lush of the Hawaiian Islands and is most reminiscent of “Old Hawaii”, the towns, the people, and the atmosphere. It’s definitely worth a trip if you haven’t been before."

  • As Advertised

"In my mind, this is the best unit in the complex. It is ground floor directly across from the pool with great lanai views to Shipwreck Beach, The photos don't do it justice, believe me, it is better than advertised. If you want to pay a lot more for a unit in buildings 3,4 or 5 so you have a better ocean view, don't do it. The owners have thought of every last detail and it is so comfortable. There are actually three different sitting areas on the lanai which affords you different views and allows you to stay out of the sun if need be. Scott the property manager was excellent to deal with, quick responses and full of detail. We looked long and hard at many properties in Poipu and were not disappointed, this unit is top notch."
