  • First trip to Maui

"What a wonderful experience we had on our first trip to Maui. This one bedroom condo was recommended to us and we were so lucky to have those people as friends. Upon arrival we heard the ocean and it sounded wonderful. We had AC in the room but never used it as we wanted to have the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf coming into the room. This is not like a motel or hotel room but a home. Beautifully decorated and all the supplies you could want for the kitchen and bath. The owner also supplies beach chairs, towels, coolers and ice packs. It was very clean with all up to date appliances including a washer and dryer. Also upon arrival a wonderful gift basket was on the kitchen counter filled with fresh local fruit, coffee, sweet treats, and chips. We were within walking distance of the Maui Ocean Center and a short drive to beaches and anywhere else we chose to go. It was a quiet building, large lawn area, pool and a BBQ that we could use. While sitting on our lanai each day we could watch the sea turtles in the surf, mostly in the evening. Beautiful view to wake up to each morning while enjoying our coffee, from the gift basket. The owner is very friendly and always there for you if you need anything. I would recommended this condo to anyone that wishes to enjoy Maui."

  • Perfect quiet getaway

"The condo is perfectly located for everything we wanted out of our trip. It's located on a quiet stretch of water in what seemed to be a very quiet condo complex. If you get tired of the quiet, it's an easy drive north, south or east to any of the more touristy areas. We did all three directions. Easy walk to the harbor and activities there if you so choose. As for the inside, it was also awesome. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean that is just steps away. The pictures don't lie. In fact, this is one of those places that was actually better on the inside that I thought the pictures appeared. Two sliding glass doors lead to the balcony facing the water. We spend a lot of time on that balcony. Check in and check out was easy. Don't let the outside appearance of the complex the condo office is in scare you. The people inside are super nice and you'll head to a different complex after picking up the keys. The owner told me he gets lots of repeat customers. I can see why. We'd definitely stay here again."

  • Home away from home

"We spent 5 nights in Maui and were very happy we chose a condo instead of a hotel. It was centrally located and in a quiet area with well kept grounds. You can walk to the local attractions (Maalaea Harbor, Aquirium and miniture golf/rock climbing/bumper boat complex). This particular unit had an amazing view of the pool and ocean and doesn't get the direct sun, making it very pleasant for relaxing on the lanai. The interior was nicely updated and had all the amenities of home (hair dryer, kitchen essentials). Just bring an extra can of 'Off' as the Mosquitos are very hungry once the sun goes down! --- I also want to mention that the owner was very easy to work with and accommodating when we had to make some last minute changes to our stay. Great place for a stress free vacation!"

  • Perfect spot for the sports lover

"Really nice beach house. Laid back feel and a great place to relax. We were a group of cyclists and windsurfers so it suited us fine. Windsurfing right out the front meant never having to load gear in and out of a car. And Spreckelsville is a great location to start many of the nice bike rides around Maui. The house is located very close to the airport so does suffer from noise. We never let it bother us as most of the day we weren't there or were too tired to care. But the occasional overnight flight will almost certainly wake you. For us the location outweighed the inconvenience of the noise. Aside from the air traffic noise, the house is located is a very peaceful, quiet neighbourhood. A car is necessary staying here as there are no shops nearby. Plenty of nice restaurants 4km down the road in Paia. And a nearby bike path offers a short ride into Kahului. Overall, a great place to relax, enjoy the beach and everything else north shore Maui has to offer. I'd definitely stay here again."
