"The condo is perfectly located for everything we wanted out of our trip. It's located on a quiet stretch of water in what seemed to be a very quiet condo complex. If you get tired of the quiet, it's an easy drive north, south or east to any of the more touristy areas. We did all three directions. Easy walk to the harbor and activities there if you so choose.
As for the inside, it was also awesome. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean that is just steps away. The pictures don't lie. In fact, this is one of those places that was actually better on the inside that I thought the pictures appeared. Two sliding glass doors lead to the balcony facing the water. We spend a lot of time on that balcony.
Check in and check out was easy. Don't let the outside appearance of the complex the condo office is in scare you. The people inside are super nice and you'll head to a different complex after picking up the keys.
The owner told me he gets lots of repeat customers. I can see why. We'd definitely stay here again."

"Our recent vacation was our 7th to Maui, and second stay in Maalaea. We were very fortunate to be able to stay in Mary and Larry's condo for the month of March. The owners were excellent to deal with, and the cost was reasonable. The condo was very comfortable, clean, well equipped, and we really enjoyed the lanai. We find the location excellent and so quiet - great for walking and Haycraft Park is so close as the start to 2.5 miles of sandy beach! This location is central and a good starting point for visiting other parts of Maui. We had a car, but met some folks staying in the next condo building for 3 months that used the Maui Bus to get around from the nearby transit hub at the harbour. They were quite happy with the 55 and over pass of $25 per month! Not having air conditioning was not a problem at all in the condo. Getting some cool air movement in the evening was never an issue; and, given the extremely high cost of electrical energy on Maui, and that 70% of that energy is produced by burning imported oil, no AC is the environmentally responsible way to go! Maalaea is a windy location, but the condo lanai was always out of the wind, and one could get out of the wind down by the ocean in front of the condo. The wind is a blessing in terms of keeping the air a bit cooler, and not an issue as far as we were concerned. We are a retired couple (early 60's) and hope to be able to stay again soon!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this condo! It's located in a quieter part of the island with a beautiful long beach out front of the building that is calm enough to swim and snorkel in or whale watch from the lawn chairs by the pool. The owners also provided beach towels, boogie boards, a portable lawn chair, coolers and a safe. Walking distance to good meals, souvenir shops, the aquarium and the harbor. We ordered our Maui Ocean Center tickets online and received one week for the price of a day, so it was a great rainy day activity.
Barbara was easy to deal with and provided us with useful information for arrival, directions and suggested activities. We would come back to this condo! Mahalo"
