  • Just feet from the ocean.

"The condo is just feet from the ocean and the waves will sing you to sleep each night. Great view!! The location is very appealing in that there is very easy access to just about everything since it's so centrally positioned. Quiet, beautiful and a charming marina with shops and restaurants near by. The condo itself is clean, well equipped and nicely put together. I would highly recommend this location and I've stayed at many on Maui. Thanks Tim!!"

  • Great location

"My family and I just came back from spending 2 weeks in Maui and had a great time! The condo was clean and comfortable and in a great location. It is central to all towns and beaches and yet just far enough to enjoy peace and quiet when we wanted it. The condo as all the necessities to make our stay enjoyable. It has a nice pool and the ocean is just steps away. We saw turtles and wale watched from the Lania. There is a nice local beach just a short walk down the road and a little shopping area and aquarium just up the road. We would definately recommend this place to friends and family."

  • Great condo and great location!

"This condo is exactly what we were looking for for our stay on Maui! The location is very central and it is easy to get anywhere on the island from here: the airport/grocery shopping, Hana Hwy, Mt. Haleakala, Lahaina and beyond, and Kihei. The condo itself was great! Very clean with views of your car on one side and views of the pool and ocean on the other. Bathrooms were large and very clean. All windows may be opened for great breezes through the condo. We stayed 4 nights and only turned on the air conditioning 1 time for 1 hour to cut down some humidity. The owner was great to work with, responded quickly to emails, and his email with instructions sent before the trip was detailed and so helpful! Condo has everything you may need including dishes, linens, beach towels, boogie board, ice packs, cooler, beach umbrellas, and sand toys. Toiletries' that were provided were hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. There was also sunscreen but that may have been left by a previous renter. The condo complex seemed busy with families and kids were quite loud out by the pool during the day and early evening. However, things definitely seemed quiet by 10pm (except on New Year's Eve, not surprisingly), quiet hours and we never were kept awake at night by noise. The beach the condo complex on is great! You can walk a long way and it's pretty nice and sandy! The nearby village of Ma'alaea was very cute with several restaurants, tourist/gift shops, and a little craft market with locals selling their craft items (pearl, stone, shell jewelry, soaps, and beach wraps and bags). There is also a branch of the Pacific Whale Foundation there where you can book boating excursions. We did the full day snorkeling and whale watching cruise, which was fantastic! We did not join the PWF but we did book online to save a small percentage on tickets. We also drove to Kihei one evening for dinner, which was a fairly quick drive. Pick up all the free brochures at the airport for lots of coupons for excursions, restaurants, and snacks. Also, check out excursion companies online, as they often offer discounts if you book online. We did this with the ziplining company Skyline Eco-Adventures Ka'anapali. Another great experience (note: don't buy the pictures ahead of time if you want them...just buy one set when you have finished your zip-lining)! Thank you Daniel for a great vacay"

"The condo is nicely remodeled. The view you get is exactly what you see and nothing more, because a building on each side blocks any further view. No view of the active part of the harbor. That realty wasn't an issue with me, just wanted to inform people. The air conditioner is a window unit and probably as old as the building (1974). There is a 4 hour timer on it. The bedroom is in the back and no duct work or air conditioner back there so you have to leave bedroom door open. Its has a ceiling fan. We got there in November and the temps were in the 90's. Owner would be smart to get new high efficiency air conditioner, would be better for renters and better for her with lower electric bills. Some one feeds what seems to be stray cats down by the pool. We watched them from the balcony, climb all over everything and even drinking from the pool. When we did go down once to sit by the pool, you could smell their presence. So if you use pool, be ready to wipe tables and chairs off first, unless you don't care. Also, if your GPS can't find this place use Kihei as the city. The condo is right next to Maui Ocean Center."
