"Location, location, location! We whale watched every morning while drinking coffee on the deck. Would highly recommend to my friends. The owners of the property were great to deal with. Felt like I was staying in a friend's home."

"Recently returned from our week stay on Maui at this beautiful Beach home. We had requested an early check in and Amber was very accommodating. The house was ready when promised.
The house is beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. Everything is clean and updated. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable.
The house has everything you might need or want while on your vacation, including a washer/dryer. There are lots of beach towels and beach toys, chairs, boogie boards to use. The pool is refreshing and the pool deck allows you to sit, relax and dine in comfort.
The ocean breezes and fans in the house kept the house cool and comfortable. Amber and Jeremy were very nice and offered suggestions to things to do.
The house is very close to a supermarket, McDonalds, Jack in the Box and Drug Store. There are many smaller stores and restaurants very close. The small craft fair, is close by. Worth a stop.
The only item to note, is that the wifi does not work in the pool house.
This house is amazing and location is fantastic. Would stay there again, if we are ever back on Maui."

"We rented the main house for the week we were in Kihei, Maui. The location was grand. Close to all the main stores and super markets. The beach access was superb. Close to Boss Frog's for snorkeling equipment and a snorkeling tour to Molokini and Turtle Town. Beaches were close by as the beach out front was quite rocky and difficult to traverse. Not a great beach for beach goers. Unfortunately, the weather was unseasonably warm. The house has no Air Conditioning only fans. The fans were going 24/7 and was not really enough to keep things comfortable. I'm sure in normal weather, the Hawaiian breeze would keep things very nice. Nalu's restaurant is very close. Well worth your time and appetite. We did have some problems with the homeless people attempting to camp around the walkway to the beach. Did not create a great problem. Keep your eyes open for the turtles, as they do occupy the beach in the evening hours. Will definitely consider returning to this grand house."

Beautiful home + Unbeatable Beachfront Location = Fabulous Family Vacation
"This was our first time visiting Maui and it certainly won't be our last! This beautiful home truly helped make our vacation special. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 2 older "kids" (17 and 21). We aren't a "resort-type" family--we prefer accommodations that allow for a more peaceful and private getaway--this beachfront home exceeded our expectations, while being close in proximity to everything we needed (including fabulous restaurants--"Coconuts" is within walking distance and should not be missed, and great snorkeling) . We never tired of walking across the lawn every morning with our coffee cups and beach chairs to watch the sea turtles poking their heads up and listen to the waves--no better way to start a day. Evenings found us gathered on the lanai watching the sunset, waiting for one of the neighbors to blow their conch shell acknowledgement of another sunset in Maui! Every sunrise and sunset could be enjoyed directly from this home and we took advantage of every one. The beach directly in front of the home is sandy and very swimmable--great for smaller children--not so great for snorkeling, but as I mentioned great snorkeling could be found within a 5-10 minute drive through Kihea. Having never been to Maui before we feel so fortunate that we found this rental home as it allowed us a home base of unparallelled beauty and a very convenient location from which to branch out and see much of the Island."
