  • Modern, cared for, great location for all activities!

"Our party of 4 felt this condo had everything going for it. Accurate listing photos, great location, great views, all amenities, modern, well-care for, clean, we could go on and on. Responsive owner. We would recommend this location over other crowded resort areas - it is centrally located close to fabulous beaches, restaurants, etc. Grounds, pool areas were expertly maintained, free parking. Thanks, Elmer."

  • Great oceanfront

"We had a great time at Christine's comfortable oceanfront condo. Morning coffee on the lanai & whale watching are great ways to start the day! And admiring the colors of the sunset becomes the cocktail hour routine! The beachfront is great for a morning walk or a day at the beach without hauling alot of gear! Great location - easy access to local grocery store & restaurants."

  • Amazing unit for familly

"We were there from december 6th 2014 to december 16th 2014, and it was amazing. Nice location, nice place, people are friendly. We had an internet access problem and it was solve within a day, great service. It's ideal for a familly, we were 2 adults and one kid. The kid took the upstair room and he had is own bathroom, which was really great. Kihei is a nice location from where it is easy to go everywhere on the island. The beach at the resort is not the best one and the water can be a little rough, but that's not a problem as you can have access to very nice beaches not far away from the resort (10 minutes drive).Everything was well maintain and clean, a lot of stuff provide: beache chair, bag, toys for kids, mask/tuba, fins, tennis stuff, boogie board, cooler. You also have some basics like mayo, mustard, ketchup, salt, peper, oil, fruits, nuts....free parking."

  • Would do it again

"Half of our ten-day Maui vacation was spent at this comfortable beach home. For our group of 9 (3 generations, ages 6 to 79), we chose this site for close access to water activities, especially snorkeling and a trip to Molokini. The house is modern, well furnished and maintained, and the management had provided careful instructions about parking, trash pickup, and other details. Our contact was very prompt and thorough in responding to our questions. The beach is just beyond the back lawn well supplied with palms and other trees. It is pleasant to take the furnished lawn chairs into the shade and watch the local egrets as they shuttle up and down the flyway. A small flock of chickens enjoy the freedom of the large back yard, unmarred by fences. Don footwear on your first trip to the beach. The sandy path collects nuts and twigs dropped from the trees. While on the narrow beach watch closely and try to spot the tiny translucent crab-like sand residents as they scamper away from your path; they are invisible when not moving. Swimming and snorkeling are probably better on other stretches of Kihei beaches, but here you might see parasailers and windsurfers hot-dogging when wind and waves get lively in the afternoon. Keep your eyes open for the geckos that are common in these climates. We detected one that seemed to hang out behind a picture on the downstairs wall, and a (different?) one that lived behind a light fixture outside below the upstairs veranda. Kihei is warm in August and some other months. Other reviewers have written, correctly, that AC would be nice. But when you are in Hawaii, on Maui, relax and enjoy it as it is. We all had an absolutely great time at this place. If we ever need a Maui rental home of this size, we'll be sure to consider it."
