  • Perfect Base for Windsurfing Family of 4

"We are 2 parents who windsurf with 2 elementary school aged children. The condo was perfect for us - cool, dark, quiet bedrooms made sleeping easy. The main living area is sunny light and faced the pool, which our boys visited twice a day. Spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen with plenty tupperware type containers for food storage to avoid ants. Bathroom tapware dated and bit wobbly but still perfectly functional. It is a ground floor condo but not really wheelchair accessible as the bathrooms unsuitable for a wheelchair. Comfortable beds, plenty of linen, beach towels, beach things including 2 large coolers. Tammy was able to action a replacement ceiling fan which was noisy. Lucky for us, the wind worked well on 3 days for us to windsurf straight off the front of the condo. Best lawn that you can not stop walking on with barefeet. Our boys loved kicking their soccer ball around on it. Extremely tidy manicured landscaping. We all felt secure having the guard look out in the evenings. No landline but grateful to have wiFi. Close to a shopping area and good value Coconuts Cafe for Fish Tacos."

  • Excellent accommodation

"I loved this place. Pro: The condo had everything we needed. They had beach toys, plenty of sleeping supplies, cooking supplies. The place was clean. The condo is situated in a perfect location. It's one block walk to the beach, short drive to airport/Costco, short drive to anywhere a visitor would like to visit except for northeast drive. Con: Laundry facility was 10 steps outside the unit instead of inside the unit. Kitchen needs updating, but I had better time in this kitchen than other kitchens that's poorly supplied. The bedroom upstairs does not have a door. It's really a loft space for the second bedroom. The place has wall mounted air conditioner instead of central air conditioner. Honestly, it was perfect for us with a large family. If I complain of anything such as no central air conditioner, it may just be that I'm spoiled at home instead of the condo being deficient in any way. If we ever come back to Maui again, we would love to stay here again."
