Recent South Kihei (Kamaole I & II Beaches Area) reviews
"Our family needed a place to stay for a few days while visiting family here on Maui. We had to book at the last minute, but the rates were still quite reasonable. The area around the condo can give you pause, but during our stay, we didn't run into any issues at all. As previous reviews mentioned, the bedroom is right by the main through way, but we did not run into any noise issues during our stay either.
The accommodations within the condo met all of our needs. Some of the nice things that stood out for us:
- Well-stocked kitchen
- Free and functional Internet
- Lots of bath/beach towels
- "Welcome/Christmas" gift bag.
About the only thing that was a drawback was the tiny little ants that showed up in the bathroom and kitchen, but given the recent rain that was in the area, I wouldn't consider this to be an everyday concern.
We would rent this property again."

"Our stay in this lovely condo was perfect! Very affordable, cute, clean, quiet, well stocked and the location was absolutely perfect! Just a hop skip and a jump from the best beach in the world! We will definitely be back. The stay on Maui was exactly what the doctor ordered! Tom and Susan DeTonancour"

"Aloha! Maui is AMAZING and this condo was the "snow cap" to our vacation! Maggi's condo just down the street from Ululani's shave ice slept my family of 5 comfortably. In August of 2015 this condo had 4 beach towels, 4 lawn chairs, 2 boogie boards, a snorkel set, ice chest and umbrella these items were just what was needed to enjoy a day at the beach! I love that this condo was a short 1-2 minute walk to Charley Beach and a short beach stroll to Kamaole I, II and III beaches. We were able to see Sea Turtles at Charley Young beach and Kamaole III beach - simply amazing!!!! Maggi's condo had just what we needed to prepare our meals, coffee maker & grinder, stainless steal pots & pans, a blender, bowls for storing food and many other items. Most importantly the condo had a vacuum which I considered a necessity considering all of the sand my kids brought back from the beach. The pricing for the condo was super reasonable, no extra charges for the fifth person or hidden electric charges like many of the other condos I researched prior to booking with Maggi. I have already referred a few friends and I just checked out yesterday - lol! Great Island & Great Condo!!! Mahalo!!!!"

"My sister and I went to Maui in late Sept/Early Oct. 2014. It was our first time in Maui and we found a gem! This condo was beyond my best expectations. The location is ideal with a wonderful beach right out your door. The view was stunning. To wake to the sounds of the tropical birds, to smell the beautiful plumeria flowers and to hear the sound of the palm trees swaying-all from your lanai-is paradise! We drove all over Maui looking for a better beach and to be honest, we were most pleased with the beach at the condo. Of course all of Maui is gorgeous but this beach is quiet and beautiful. Every morning we had fresh fruit and coffee on the Lanai as we watched the birds and the geckos scurry about. Every night we made our own cocktails and took in the sunset and the warm evening breezes. This is my favorite vacation place"
