"You could tell this unit has recently been updated and it looks great. It is stocked with everything you need and more. The layout is great, full kitchen is nice, and the beach/ocean view from the balcony can't be beat, especially at sunset. The only issues we had were that the bed was too firm for our backs (personal preference) and the whole unit is not air conditioned. The bedroom has a window unit in it but it couldn't keep up so we had some warm nights in the bedroom. I was told that it was unusually hot at the time so that may have been the problem, and I'm sure that wouldn't even matter during times of the year when the weather is nicer. The CD player with several Hawaiian music selections is a great touch. We never turned on the tv once for a whole week. Great location too with plenty of food and shopping within walking distance."

"After careful review of many condos in this area, my husband and I settled on this one for our anniversary trip. We chose it because the pictures looked great, and the owner, Anita was very friendly and genuine when I spoke with her on the phone. Thank goodness we trusted our instincts! The pictures don't even do it justice. This condo is very clean, well-kept, and beautifully decorated. It is evident that the owner pays attention to detail. Anita even kept in touch with us via text/phone when we were faced with the threat of a possible hurricane (luckily, just a false alarm -phew!). The air conditioning in the condo was heaven-sent during an especially humid summer, and the location in Kihei was perfect, with plenty of great places to eat and shop within walking distance, or a couple minutes' drive. The visitor guide that Anita provided was very useful in helping us decide where to dine, no matter where we were on the island. The lanai has a perfect view of Kamaole I, a wonderful beach for swimming or sunbathing. We used the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella that were provided in the condo, and immediately returned home and put those things on our Amazon "wish list". We enjoyed cooking light meals composed of local produce in the very well-stocked kitchen, and dining out on the lanai. Overall, we could not have asked for more, and look forward to staying here again the next time we are in Maui."

"We stayed in Linda's condo for five nights in July. We were so sad to leave. The condo was just as described. Clean, neat and really cute. Linda added many personal decorating touches to make the condo feel inviting. We loved the efficient air conditioning, a godsend for hot humid July. We talked to folks at the pool who did not have air conditioning and we couldn't imagine sleeping without in in 90 degree heat.
The beach chairs and boogie boards were great and we even added two pool noodles. Sure it's close to the road but the proximity to the pool and beach more than makes up for that. So convenient. With the air conditioning on you barely hear the road noise.
The only thing we noticed that we would change is that for us the king/twin beds were not very comfortable. Too hard. Also a chest of drawers or dresser would be great for the second bedroom.
Maholo, Linda for allowing us to enjoy your island home.
Tim and Diana Wade"
