"My husband and I looked for a very long time at properties online for a perfect place to celebrate our 30th anniversary and we believe we found the ideal condo for us at Diane's lovely place. We were looking for comfort and convenience and this condo had it all. The location was perfect with everything we needed in walking distance to just a short drive. We walked on the beautiful beaches every morning just across the street. Diane was so hospitable and left nothing to be desired. Our second honeymoon couldn't have been better. We will not likely ever stay in a hotel again. Thank you Diane for those special personal touches too. We would recommend this beautiful condo to anyone but especially for those wanting a more quiet, laid back atmosphere."

"My girlfriend and I recently rented out the studio at Kihei Akahi through Daniel, and it was fabulous. The unit provided a great spot to unwind and end the day full of beach and sun.
The place was super clean and had a nice cross breeze based on its location. Minutes from the beach with a quick walk down the driveway. Everything is provided: cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc, etc. (The snorkel gear was a bit worn down, but that's ok, since we went with rental gear). The space was really quiet (which was a pleasant experience in spite of it being close to walkway and stairs. I've been to Maui quite a few times and rented other places, and this condo is great and would go there again. Up front, quick with service, and honestly described. A+!"

"It takes me hours to go through condos and find the one that is "just right" for us. This trip was to visit my son who was currently a resident of Maui. I gave him five addresses to go "check out" and this is the one he chose. He didn't steer me wrong. The location is perfect in Kihei. Walking to the beach and restaurants is so easy. The grounds of the complex have beautiful gardens. The condo itself is set back from the road and central to the pools which made it peaceful. The condo was in fabulous condition with many necessities....beach chairs/mats/towels, ice chest and a blender! The kitchen is equipped with necessary supplies to cook meals. The downfall is you have to purchase groceries to do so and if you've never been to the island you may be in for a sticker shock. I suggest you keep meals simple! Besides there's some wonderful places nearby to eat like Coconuts Fish Cafe and the Cinnamon Roll Place (two places we visited more than once). The one thing that helped make my stay relaxing was the king size bed! Clean and comfortable. The washer/dryer in the condo was convenient. In retrospect we didn't need to take as much clothes as we did because of it's easy availability. Joan was very helpful in answering questions, booking the condo, condo instructions and with a prompt return of the deposit. I would certainly use this condo again!"

"My wife and I just returned from a 2 week stay in Maui. The condo was very comfortable, clean and well equiped to meet our needs. The location was excellent. Right accross the street from Beach 2, and lots of restaurants, a coffee shop and other conveniences within a 2-3 minute walk. As they say, location, location, location! Only draw back for us was the fact that it is a main floor unit and so at night you do pick up some noise from people moving through the parking area into the building, which takes a little getting use to. There is no phone in the unit which if would have been convenient for local calls to make reservations for activities. Over all a 7 out of 10"
