  • Maurisa's Kihei Kai Nani condo

"Everything is exactly as advertised: well-equipped kitchen, nicely furnished and appointed living spaces, comfortable king size bed. First floor location makes for easy access and the lanai elevation (slightly above the surroundings) provides a nice vantage point. We have stayed elsewhere at Kihei Kai Nani and this location is quieter (no Kihei Road traffic or retail noise) and more centrally located, but just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Speaking of which: we've visited many beaches on Maui and found that Kihei's beaches are head and shoulders above most, especially those north of Lahaina in terms of accessibility, parking, sand, lifeguards, facilities, etc. And Kamaole II is right across the street! Maurisa is a delight to work with and very accommodating. We will be back again next year!"

  • Paradise in Kihei

"Fabulous Condo right across the street from beach. Owner was very prompt in responding to all communication and was very easy to get in touch with during our stay. Condo has great access to restaurants, swimming, relaxing, snorkeling and shopping. Condo is everything the site says it is. Ground floor level was fantastic after a day of swimming and walking. Great roomy bathroom with walk in shower was a HUGE plus. Condo was well stocked with all necessary kitchen supplies, linens, towels, toiletries and grill items for grill just outside Condo. Furniture and bed were very comfortable for a relaxing afternoon and night. Would highly recommend this Condo for those who do not rent a car and want to be close to a wide range of shopping, restaurants and beaches. Hard to beat this deal."

  • HIGHLY Recommended.....wonderful complex......fantastic condo...

"This is our second stay at this condo. We had such a wonderful experience the first time, we had to return. We researched Maui far and wide before booking this condo and we were more than happy with our decision. Kihei is the perfect laid back beach town - not as resort-ish as Kaanapali, not as fancy as Wailea (we're not fancy people!) and with more amenities than the Napili area. We were also thrilled with the location of the Kihei Kai Nani - close to shops, restaurants and across from the BEST beach. This condo is perfectly situated within the complex, far enough away from the street noise, close to the pool and very quiet. The lanai was private and facing a lovely green belt. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The owners have made sure that the condo has everything you'd need while staying there - from free WiFi, to a coffee maker to beach chairs/umbrella, and lots of towels. We can't say enough about this condo. You simply cannot go wrong staying here and we're sure you'll feel the way we do, that this condo is a "home away from home" and we cannot wait to come back."

  • Amazing Condo in Kihei

"My boyfriend and I stayed in this condo for a week in October and had an incredible time! The location was perfect - right across the street from a really nice public beach in Kihei (Kamaole Beach II). The condo complex/neighborhood was quiet, safe and felt as though there were many local residents as opposed to overly-crowded with tourists. Kihei is centrally-located on the west coast of Maui - so, in addition to BEAUTIFUL sunsets, it was convenient to take days trips to Kaanapali, Lahaina, Wailea, etc. The condo itself is among the best in the condo complex because it's a large corner unit away from the street and elevated on a hill, yet on the ground floor and shaded so it stays cool in the hot weather. It's close to good restaurants, including Kihei Caffe and Sansei, but also has a fully-stocked kitchen so you can go grocery shopping and save some money by cooking. The condo features a nice modern TV with an outlet for Chromecast or other streaming devices, but also has cable so you can keep up with your favorite shows, football games and more (there is also fast, free Wi-Fi). The condo has numerous swimming accessories (floating noodles, snorkel gear and more), plus sunscreen so you really feel like you're at home. The bathroom was remodeled and includes a spacious shower which is perfect for after a long day at the beach. The king-sized bed in the bedroom felt huge and was super comfortable. The complex has a nice pool, though we spent most of our time at the beach. All around, this place is an excellent value - you get a lot for your money! We will definitely be staying here again and have already recommended to friends and family."
