  • Comfortable and Convenient

"This place is perfect for small families. We brought our teenage daughter, who enjoyed having her own space in the upstairs loft. The condo furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. We saved money by making most of our meals there (and we used the money we saved for fun excursions, like ziplining!). A cooler, umbrella, chairs and beach towels were provided, which made for easy and convenient trips to the beach. The location of the condo was excellent; the beautiful beach was just a short walk across the street, and the shopping and restaurant area within walking distance as well. We drove to different places around the island such as Lahaina, Kula, Wailuku, Kapalua...and because of the centralized location of the condo, everything was fairly close. Owners Laurie and Alan were extremely accommodating and responsive; they helped us through some booking difficulties (due to inclement weather), which we greatly appreciated. It was because of their understanding and flexibility with the dates that we had such a wonderful vacation. The management company was friendly and customer-service oriented. Our stay was very enjoyable."

"Good location across the street from Charlie young beach, and a one block walk to the popular kam 1 beach. They have lawn chairs boogie boards umbrella coolers snorkel gear and much more to make the beach a sure destination."

  • A little bit of heaven on earth….

"My wife and I decided to spend our 24th anniversary in Maui from March 13 thru the 24th - our first trip to Hawaii. After doing a lot of research on where to stay, we narrowed it down and decided on this condo in Kihei. Wow, did we make the right choice! It was clean, quiet, and had everything needed to make our stay feel like home, just as advertised by the owners. We are an active couple and like to explore.  So, of course we wanted to see as much of the island as we could. The condo is centrally located which made the drives shorter to the many places we visited. The Town of Kihei seemed to have a lot of locals who are VERY friendly and helpful.  It didn't seem to be as touristy as some of the other cites in Maui. We visited a lot of pretty beaches while there and have to say that the Charlie Young Beach 2 blocks from the condo is where we spent most of our beach time, We even saw sea turtles and whales while sunbathing…. amazing! The condo comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and other things for fun at the beach for the whole family. As far as the weather goes in Kihei, it only rained 5 minutes the whole time we were there. Lows in the upper 60's and highs in the low to mid 80's.   This was a trip to remember and we plan on coming back again. We would stay here again at Maui Vista condo #3316 in a heartbeat."

  • Quiet, Quaint, and SOOO close to the beach

"We stayed for our honeymoon and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The condo is in a nice quiet complex, directly across the street from Charlie Young beach. Left the blinds open to allow the sun to wake us early, have a nice breakfast on the deck overlooking the pool and the ocean, and be out on the beach by 8:30. The beach was extremely quiet from 8:30 - 11:00 and only moderately busy the remainder of the afternoon. Best restaurants in Kihei are a block in either direction. We headed their for lunch, and back to the condo for a midday nap or near by activities (paddle boarding, snorkeling, whale watching, scooter rentals, etc.) and then back to the beach for the sunset and a late evening dip. Once the sun dips below the horizon all the beach goers head home and we seemingly had the entire beach to ourselves. The condo has a comfy bed, air conditioner works great, but opening the slider on the deck and the windows in the bedroom brings in an incredible ocean breeze that cools the place just fine. Brand new smart tv for late night netflix binging, and a sofa sleeper for the kids or guests. Couldn't have been happier with our decision to stay here!"
