Great place, great location, best value!
"The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool is just in front of the lanai and the beach is a 2 minute walf away. The location on the island is also great for exploring all parts of it.
Hard to imagine a better place to stay for a couple and for the price."

"Our second stay at this unit, and twice at the studio next door. Love the location for the second story view and privacy provided by the palm trees. No noise from the pool, or traffic from the road. Great beach amenities like sturdy umbrella, big beach towels, cooler or ice chest, beach chairs and even a couple masks and snorkels.
No elevator, but two sets of stairs are not a big draw back.
We love the convenience of walk to restaurants, beaches across the street and quick drives to excellent snorkeling and body surfing. Not the big traffic snarl of Lahaina.
Steve and Tamara are quick to respond to our inquires. Thanks for a great stay."

"This is a large, nicely furnished and appointed unit in Kihei. There are four beach chairs, and several grass mats and beach towels, available in the unit. The bedroom felt larger than most, and had good places for us to store our suitcases. There is a large balcony but no ocean view. Although it's a large complex, we found it to be very quiet at night, and since the unit is near the rear of the property we did not hear any street noise or noise from restaurants. You can easily walk to the stores and restaurants on S. Kihei Blvd, or cross the street to Kameole Beach Park. The only downside to this unit is that Kihei can be very hot, and while the A/C was very effective in the living room, we could not figure out how to get it directed to the bedroom. We tried all sorts of combinations of fans and windows open / windows closed combinations, but the bedroom remained very warm. (We were there on some particularly warm and humid days.)"

"My wife and I decided to spend our 10 year anniversary in Maui, and we found this awesome condo in Kihei. It is right across the street from the beach, and very close to local restaurants, and an ABC store. There is a Snorkel Bobs around the corner as well as a Boss Frog's where we rented a stand-up paddle board. The bed is comfy, there are plenty of signs inside the condo explaining where things are and how to properly care for the unit. The lanai is large and has two awesome chairs where we would spend our evenings. The lanai was even visited by native geckos and it was awesome watching them crawl around and eat the insects by the outdoor light. The washing machine and dryer is in the condo and was great for washing our clothes before we headed home. The bathroom has also been upgraded since these photos were taken and it is really pretty now.
We will be coming back to this same unit on our next Maui trip. We loved it here. I would highly recommend for a nice couples romantic vacation."
