  • Fun in a Sunny Basecamp

"Basics: Hosts were easy to work/coordinate with for family of 5. Separate room allowed grandma quiet sleeping quarters while providing her a place to rest/read when she pleased. Large living room provided central family area and easy staging of voyage planning (whether to pool or Hana). Washer/Dryer super helpful. Unexpected: Beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas of excellent quality. (Tommy Bahama) . These were life savers and were brought with to various locations. Grills at pool assisted in daily cooking for family (excellent local fish at Kihei stores). Thanks you all for helping make great expectations come true. Things couldn't get working: VCR/DVD player (probably user issues;)"

  • Ocean/Molokini View

"The large canopy covered lanai provided shade in the afternoon and excellent view of the ocean and Molokini. The condo was extremely clean and was equipped with every cleaning product and kitchen spice/gadget you could possibly need and enough cutlery and dishes to serve 8 people. The major appliances; refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/ dryer and flat screen TV are all new. The condo comes complete with beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs and an umbrella. Although there is an air conditioner we never used it, as the ceiling fans and vented sky lights cooled the condo off nicely. The elevator is handy but not close enough that you hear it. BBQ facilities were excellent."

  • Five Weeks in Paradise

"We spent 5 weeks in this one bedroom condo. The location is perfect; directly across the street from Kamaole Beach II. The grounds and amenities which are provided are great. We enjoyed the use of the two pools, the tennis courts and propane barbecues.. There were lots of pool toys, chairs, tennis racquets etc. for our use. The owner was very accommodating and we felt very comfortable in his condo. The updated kitchen was well supplied with numerous dishes, pots and pans, utensils and spices. The cupboards, countertops and appliances were topnotch. The unit was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the sunsets from the lanai. A perfect holiday! We are all ready looking forward to returning. Pat & Dan"

  • The perfect get away.

"We are just home from two weeks at this condo. To give you a clear appreciation of how much we enjoyed it, we spent the last few days trying to figure out if we could return to it next year for three weeks. Coralie made the transaction seamless and the entire booking process was done with a few emails. The contract and instruction package was great and offered easy instructions and clarity. On arrival (we arrived very late, 11pm) stopped at Safeway for a days worth of groceries and arrived at the Hale Pau Hana about midnight. The instructions were clear and we were standing on the lanai within minutes looking out at the ocean. It was a gorgeous unobstructed southern view through a few palms. Though the unit could sleep 4 it was just right for the two of us. The unit was exactly as pictured, the kitchen quite newly done and had all the small appliances you needed as well as utensils et al. The rooms nicely appointed and the bedroom great with air conditioning, which was welcome as we had 2 weeks of 88-92 degrees and the wooden blinds kept it dark. The bed comfortable and ensuite a nice feature. The main shower was a very nice size and all bathrooms as well as the rest of the unit were clean. The morning view was grand, looking out at Molokini Atoll, watching the surf and the turtles feeding on the reef. Sunsets and moonsets were incredible. As far as location, the Hale Pau Hana was perfectly situated for restaurants and shops. We were totally enamoured with the condo and location, it lacked nothing."
