  • THE BEST LOCATION!

"When in Maui we usually stay in the northwest part of the island. This was our first stay in Kihei and we absolutely LOVED IT! The location of the condo couldn't be more perfect. Walking distance to great beaches, shops, restaurants, grocery store, bars, children's playground, park. You couldn't ask for more. Plus, a great pool to chill out at after a long day at the beach. The condo is nicely stocked with things you will need, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler. Great for families with kids! Will be back next year! Thank you!"

  • HIGHLY Recommended.....wonderful complex......fantastic condo...

"This is our second stay at this condo. We had such a wonderful experience the first time, we had to return. We researched Maui far and wide before booking this condo and we were more than happy with our decision. Kihei is the perfect laid back beach town - not as resort-ish as Kaanapali, not as fancy as Wailea (we're not fancy people!) and with more amenities than the Napili area. We were also thrilled with the location of the Kihei Kai Nani - close to shops, restaurants and across from the BEST beach. This condo is perfectly situated within the complex, far enough away from the street noise, close to the pool and very quiet. The lanai was private and facing a lovely green belt. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The owners have made sure that the condo has everything you'd need while staying there - from free WiFi, to a coffee maker to beach chairs/umbrella, and lots of towels. We can't say enough about this condo. You simply cannot go wrong staying here and we're sure you'll feel the way we do, that this condo is a "home away from home" and we cannot wait to come back."

  • Nice place...

"It was our tenth year anniversary when I first heard of VRBO condos. The wife wanted to go to Maui and we found this gem of a condo built in the 1980's right accross the street from the beach. It was kind of big for just the two of us, and thought it perfect for a party of four - possibly more. It's located in the perfect spot in Kihei. It has its own swimming pools and tennis court, barbecue pit, and close to all amenities to gather your goods to stay put at the complex and beach. The unit is totally self contained on the top floor and is an end unit of the complex. we found the privacy as perfect as the view from the patio overlooks a pool, the street, and the beach - with well landscaped grounds. there are no nosy/noisy neighbors that can peer in as there are no units directly across from your view - perfect for our romantic getaway. We found the washer and dryer exceptionally useful as we travel light and are able to avoid those costly laundry charges that you find at most resorts/hotels. I would recommend renting a car if you wanted to see all the sites of Maui, but if you and your family just wanted beach and complex activities there is no need for it. My wife and I would surely look to book this VRBO again if we were to return to Maui. A good to excellent stay!"
