  • Fantastic Experience!

"We had an absolutely lovely experience staying in this unit. The condo was clean, recently renovated (the photos are accurate), had new appliances & televisions, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed (toaster, coffee maker, salad spinner/bowl, wine glasses, garbage bags, cleaners, etc). Additionally I would like to add what a pleasure it was to work with Keiko and Tomoko. We had a few questions along the way and they were very helpful, prompt to reply or phone, and extremely kind. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone thinking of staying at the Royal Mauian, or Keihi in general. You won't be disappointed."

  • Wonderful Vacation

"Enjoyed our week at this updated and well maintained property. The unit has a beautiful view of the pool and across to the beach. It is in easy walking distance to the grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants and a Farmers Market that is open Wednesdays and Saturdays. We enjoyed getting a cup of coffee each morning and taking it to the water's edge where we could watch the surfers, and one morning, fishermen. This is a park-like area with a walking/biking path that leads back to the condo. We enjoyed several restaurants both away and nearby - particularly Café Carmen in the Technical Research Center near the golf course. For a very special treat, be sure to eat at 5 Palms. If you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed."

  • Oustanding condo!

"This is an EXCELLENT condo and my family had a great stay here. The location is about a three minute walk down the driveway to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. In addition, there are three grocery stores (Foodland, Times and Safeway) within about a 5-10 minute drive so you can easily stock up on whatever you need. The Safeway (most expensive of the bunch) is located in a brand new plaza with a bunch of restaurants. The condo has everything that you need, including a fully equipped, large kitchen, washer and dryer (not quite full size but more than enough), dining area with a table and chairs, living area (pull out sofa couch, a/c unit and TV), two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is a corner unit at the back of the property so there is no noise at all except the birds in the morning (and they can start chirping early). Boogie boards, cooler, chairs and umbrellas for the beach are also available in the condo. Great sunsets at the beach to boot. The drive to Lahaina is about 30-40 minutes so if you are doing a lot of activities there, be prepared for the drive. There is also a golf course (did not play) about a 5 minute drive away. The only thing missing for me would have been an a/c unit in the main bedroom since it could get pretty hot in the condo (lots of fans though) but with electricity prices so high, the one unit in the main area did a good job of cooling down the area. I would highly recommend this property."

  • Wonderful

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kester Condo. It was very clean and it was great to have good quality utensils and linens. The cupboards were well stocked with spices and any cleaning supplies you would need. Bed was very comfortable which was a plus. Walking distance to anything you need if you don't have a car. Would stay there again for sure."
