"This was our first visit to Maui, and we wanted the convenience and comforts of a condo that was close to great beaches, markets and central to everything. This place offers it all. Fully stocked will everything you need to feel at home during your stay (even including Netflix, Wifi, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and coolers. Great layout, comfortable, extremely clean and airy feel. Nestled in a cool complex frequented by many regular vacationers. The grounds include a great pool and bbq area. Steps away from Kamaole Beaches, shops, markets and a short drive to Wailea and Lahaina. Very peaceful Lanai for fabulous sunset and star gazing. Enjoy! We can't wait to go back. You can tell by the details and furnishings that the owners really cherish the place, and they are wonderful people to deal with."Guest: Elorabird & Cat Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 22, 2014View listing
"Just back from 3 weeks in this condo, what a great spot! Located in the heart of Kihei allowed us to walk everywhere..grocery store, farmer's market, beaches, bus stop, and restaurants. Only rented a car to get to other parts of the island that were too time consuming or unreachable via the bus. Very pleased with the high-end kitchen cookware, utensils and appliances. Bed is super comfy but the tradewinds were so awesome, we fell asleep most nights on the couch while watching tv. Didn't need the AC at all. The view is great and allowed us to judge the surf right from our balcony every morning. If surf is up, you can head right downstairs and rent a board for the day. Having the washer/dryer unit right in the condo was also a huge plus! Wifi works very well, too. Kudos to the Resident Manager, Brian, who was always friendly and kept us well informed as to what was expected of us during the impending hurricanes! Also to Ligia for returning our security deposit so quickly! Overall, we were very pleased with this condo and hope to be returning guests. My only complaint is that the flat screen TV is so big, my husband now thinks our own flat screen is too small!! :-)"Guest: Franny P. "This condo is very clean and has all of the essentials + more anyone would expect. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of linens and lots of extras, like Boogie Boards, DVDs, Books, Cookbooks, etc. The location is awesome - walking distance to Charley Young Beach, as well as shopping centers. A must is breakfast at Kihea Cafe -- bring cash, as no credit cards are accepted, but much worth it! Walks and sunsets on the beach were my favorite!"Guest: Frances Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: August 21, 2014View listing
"My daughter & I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved the condo. It is very convenient to the beach, and everything on Southern Maui. Close to grocery stores, surfing, the boat ramp in Kehei (for diving), or for driving to the volcano or Hana. It is well stocked with pots & pans for cooking. There are many sets of snorkeling gear and other beach toys, including mats and many beach towels. Everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. The condo is clean and nicely updated with granite counters. Only negatives were a lack of A/C (although there were several fans - both ceiling and stand alone) and the mattress in the bedroom was not hard enough for me. (I sank in it) My daughter (age 23) slept well on the hide a bed couch. Harder to get a breeze in the main bedroom. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend. Loved the locking metal screen door, so we could leave the main door open for the breeze & still be secure. Easy owner to deal with."Guest: Andrew F.
