"My husband and I booked this place for our wedding week. None of the pictures on the site do this place justice. You have a 180 degree view of the shore in the living, kitchen and dining rooms. The sunsets are amazing. I took like 455 pictures and they're all beautiful We had 2 BBQ parties with 25 people. Everything was perfect. Come here for fun. It is like the place you would buy and let your friends come to. It is just across the street from the beach. Condo has snorkeling gear, paddle boat gear... and not just for two or four... but bags of them in the deck storage. I wish I could own this place.... Master bedroom/bath is kind of weird in that the toilet, shower, bed is all in one room-- so be warned. Condo does not have central air, but it really isn't a problem if you open the right windows or turn on the AC equipment. Bedrooms don't have view of ocean.... so pick your priorities. As I said, I'd buy this place if they'd sell it to me. My favorite part was waking up early and having coffee on the lanai and hearing the waves crash on the shore. Not sure why I can't upload photos... so email me if you want to see them."Guest: Mark Anthony Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 17, 2014View listing
"My husband & I were lucky enough to spend a month in this great condo. It was our second time at this particular condo and this is definitely the place we will stay should we return again someday. The owners are fantastic and go above and beyond for their guests. One of our favorite places to eat was "808 Bistro" which is a short walk from the condo. Superb food and really nice atmosphere not to mention the service was awesome as well. We have to say our favorite activity was the Pacific Whale Foundation whale tour. We went on Christmas Eve at 9am and saw 3 full hours of whales "showing off" for us. You have to experience this amazing tour to realize how magical these creatures are. Our favorite beach is Kam II right across the street for sunbathing and swimming in the ocean. Our favorite sightseeing beach by far was "Ho'okipa" on the northshore. The waves were gigantic - we could have watched the surfers all day. They were so much fun to watch. Not a beach to go swimming though:) Once again Bill & Laurie thank you so much for everything you did for us while we were there. It was absolutely perfect and we loved every minute of it. You guys are the best:) Mahalo!"Guest: Steve & Laurie Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: February 3, 2014View listing
"Royal Mauian 209 provides a PERFECT location to enjoy the beautiful Maui sunset and have a Mai Tai on the oceanfront lanai. It just doesn't get any better than this...only 20 yards from the waves crashing against the sea wall as the sea turtles entertain visitors. The Royal Mauian is located between two of the best beaches on Maui and has a great snorkeling spot right out front of the condo to swim with the sea turtles and explore the beautiful reef. You are also right across the street from a variety of restaruants and shops. The decor is updated and comfortable and goes hand in hand with the Million Dollar View!"Guest: Troy Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 8, 2014View listing
"We really enjoyed our stay at your condo at Maui Vista. The location is perfect and the amenities are great. It's close to shopping and restaurants, with beautiful sunset views from your deck. With the great swimming beach only a short 5 minute stroll from the condo, I'd recommend staying there to anyone."Guest: Mark Dreier Date of Stay: December 2007 Review Submitted: December 3, 2007View listing
