  • 20th Wedding Anniversary

"Absolutely perfect! We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at Anita's place and it greatly exceeded our expectations. Everything about the condo is new and upgraded, from the electronics to the decor and appliances. I'm fairly picky, at least that's what my wife thinks, so when I'm saying that Anita's place is exceptional, it really is. Everything from the wifi to the gorgeous bathroom details, the parking, friendly staff, comfortable bed, beach chairs... I could go on and on. In addition, working with Anita is a pleasure and she checked in with us to ensure that our accommodations were second to none. The condo is located on Kamole beach and my first day snorkeling from it I swam with a large sea turtle. We found a public parking lot just south of the condo where South Kehei Rd dead ends that allows beach access to the entire Wailea area on a walking path next to the beach. We spent one evening at the Four Seasons outdoor lounge with great music, Hula dancers, and all of the other open air amenities in paradise. The walking path is a must see, especially during sunset and even after dinner for a stroll. We did all of the attractions in Maui, from the sunrise on Halekala, to the road to Hana (yes, the entire loop, don't let anyone fool you, it's really worth it to see the South side of the loop and we didn't find it dangerous at all). Anita's condo made it easy to do since it's located right in the center of everything. At trips to both the West and East sides are equally as convenient and we found that a quick trip to Lahaina for dinner was easy (Fleetwoods at Sunset has a great evening celebration, go to the upstairs bar at happy hour and stay for the free entertainment). Anita provides a guide to Maui and we found all of her recommendations to be spot on. Dining, recreation, shopping, you name it, she has it down and makes it easy. Only problem you will have is figuring out how to do it all, so stay a couple of days more if possible. Also, if you are driving, download the full island tour by GyPSy Guide from the App Store. It is a GPS narrated tour of the island, so wherever you are going, it tells you everything about it automatically. Just turn it on and drive, priceless. We will definitely stay here in the future. Actually, we are already planning our next outing to Maui right now, a large part due to this exceptional condo and Anita's friendly and professional service. Mahalo Anita!"

  • Fantastic Experience!

"We had an absolutely lovely experience staying in this unit. The condo was clean, recently renovated (the photos are accurate), had new appliances & televisions, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed (toaster, coffee maker, salad spinner/bowl, wine glasses, garbage bags, cleaners, etc). Additionally I would like to add what a pleasure it was to work with Keiko and Tomoko. We had a few questions along the way and they were very helpful, prompt to reply or phone, and extremely kind. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone thinking of staying at the Royal Mauian, or Keihi in general. You won't be disappointed."

  • Great place to stay

"Mahalo! we had a great time in Kehei the listing was really accurate. The unit was clean and really comfy to stay in. This was our first time in Maui and Jeanne was really helpful answering all my questions before we booked with her. We made use of all the amenities that they offered us, boogie boards, beach chairs, and coolers for our lunches on the many beaches. We will be booking in the future for our next trip to Maui. We will definitely recommend this unit for anyone wanting to stay in Kihei."
