  • maui vista

"This particular condo at the maui vista was the perfect place for us. Beautifully decorated with a King size bed. Very clean and well stocked. Five min walk to the beach. The path to the beach is right beside the pool for building two. this condo is right across from the pool. within walking distance to most restaurants and shops. Centrally located."

  • Comfortable and Economical!

"Our 3 week stay at Jim and Therese's condo was wonderful!! The condo itself was comfortable-it had everything we needed. And since we try to stay 3 weeks when coming to Maui, we really appreciated the low rates. Therese was more than helpful with info, arrangements, and even went beyond the call of duty when we needed a package delivered! We loved the quiet (except for the birds whose call resembles a car alarm :), and the proximity to Charley Young Beach can't be beat. You will be our first choice, Jim and Therese, when we return to Maui!!"

  • Kihei Paradise

"This condo was everything you could want for a relaxing stay in Kihei. The views were to die for any time of the day. A few quick steps and you were on the beach ready to bask in the sun and play in the waves. It was clean, comfortable and central. We enjoyed every minute we spent here and really didn't feel like it could get much better. An almost perfect vacation in a perfect vacation spot. Truly wonderful."

  • Relaxing get away at good value

"We stayed here for a week and, overall, it was positive. Pat and the staff we dealt with at Ali'i Resorts were wonderful. The location is as described - steps away from an incredible beach and close to shops, restaurants, etc. The unit was clean but the pictures do make it higher end than it actually is. A few of the linens and furnishings are not as pictured. It was great to have all of the conveniences of home and the complex was fairly quiet (aside from some road noise, Kihei is a pretty busy spot). The lanai was wonderful, and even the partial ocean view was breathtaking. Also, we usually had the pool to ourselves when we wanted it. There are a couple things to keep in mind about this suite. First, it has very hard tile throughout. This is great for sweeping up the sand that will inevitably be tracked in but it was not ideal for our incredibly active infant. Second, and we should have realized this from the pictures, there are only showers and no bathtub. Finally, there is a small green space right outside the master bedroom and the birds will probably wake you up. This was fine for us because we're up with the kids anyway, but not ideal for night people. Locally, we enjoyed eating at the Kihei Caffe. Surprisingly, Denny's actually has the best loco moco. Get them to do it with the fried rice!"
