  • PERFECT PLACE

"This place was absolutely perfect. Well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the soft carpet. Loved the tile in the bathroom and kitchen. Loved the Lanai, where we ate breakfast every morning, and the view we woke up to every morning. Loved everything. Kamole Beach I is ten minutes from door to water. Nice pool and hot tub. We barbequed and ate out every night on the pool patio. Kihei and this condo is the place to stay. When we get back to Maui, this condo is the place we will be staying, for sure. Oh, did I mention: Great Price. Very satisfied with everything. Geri, the owner, is very kind, professional, and very gracious. Thank you so very much, Geri, for letting my husband and I stay in your condo for 10 wonderful days in Maui."

  • Great Home base in South Kihei for a Honeymoon

"My wife and I spent two weeks in Maui recently for our honeymoon and stayed in this Kihei Kai Nani unit for a week (stayed in Kaanapali the first week). This was the perfect spot for all our adventures on this side of the island. We visited almost every beach from Makena up to Sugar Beach and this unit was ideally located for all of them (no more than about a 10 minute drive). It was also PERFECT that Kamaole Beach Park II was RIGHT across the street. We actually thought that the sunsets from KamII were the best we saw on the island. The restaurants nearby are awesome as well. 808 Bistro had an awesome breakfast, 808 Deli had GREAT sandwiches and Fred's Mexican was off the charts (go on Taco Tuesday!) We also tried Sarento's on the Beach, but liked the more casual fare better. As for the unit, the laundry is certainly a plus. There is TONS of space in this unit and everything is there for your needs. We cooked many meals in the unit, especially breakfasts and lunches and were never without what we needed. In an effort to write a truthful review...We only had two (rather minor) complaints during our stay. One, the provided beach chairs need updated, they were small, uncomfortable and a little rusty for my big butt. They would be fine for small kids, but to sit all day as an adult, i'd rather have something that is reclined a little bit and is just a bit bigger. Secondly, and this might have just been our week so take this with a grain of salt, but the plaza next door had lots of landscaping seemingly only during 6AM-7AM several times during the week. Lots of leaf blowers and mowers. After that, everything was perfectly peaceful quiet. Despite those two minor issues, I can't recommend this unit enough. If you are staying in South Kihei, this is THE best deal you will find, tons of space and just the perfect location for all the activities. (from this unit some activities we did; all close by- Pride of Maui Snuba tour, Halekala Sunrise (although it was cloudy), Road to Hana, Maui Winery Tour) This was the PERFECT honeymoon spot!"
