"We were fortunate to rent this unit in Kihei Kai Nani for an eight night stay. The owner was great to work with for our trip and were able to send in a check and he held our reservation. Our plane arrive in the morning and since the unit was ready, we were able to check in early. What a great condo to stay in while visiting Maui. We especially like to stay in Kihei because of the beaches which were about 3 minutes away. We loved walking on the beaches, snorkeling, swimming, walking on paths near beach and walking over to view the sunset each night. This was all right at our finger tips. This unit was very quiet as it was an end unit and the lanai looked out onto grass and trees. We ate our meals at the table on the lanai. The condo was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The King bed was very comfortable. Stop at Costco after leaving the airport on your way to Kihei and pick up some needed supplies. We love the fresh pineapple, Maui Gold, which they sell. We love eating at Coconut's for their tacos. We also always go to Paia to eat a fish sandwich at the Paia Fish Market. Besides snorkeling at the rock points at the Kamaoli Beaches, we also like snorkeling at Ulua Beach, Wailea. All of these have easy entry from the beach. Thank you for a great vacation."Guest: Julie and Don Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: November 15, 2014View listing
"Great location, very close to some of the better places to eat in kihei and centrally located between most of the rest of the island. Nice beaches right across the road, close to great snorkeling spots. The building was nice, clean kept up pool area. Nice garden areas. Overall a great value for what you pay. Our only complaints were that there were tiny, fruit fly sized, bugs on all of the counter tops and if you left any food unsealed, they got in it. Also the A/C stopped blowing cold air on the last few nights. I understand things happen and would still probably go back to this condo. Other than the bugs, it was a clean, comfortable place to rest at night."Guest: Brian Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 23, 2014View listing
"My wife and I stayed here for 10 days (Nov 30-Dec 10, 2014) It was exactly as described and the pictures are very true and accurate. It's modern throughout, as well as very clean and well maintained. If and when we return to Maui, we want only this suite at the Maui Vista. We are recommending it to family and friends. It's close to the beach (Charlie Young) and our favourite restaurants and shopping spots. Everything you need is provided, just get your groceries and enjoy."Guest: Albertans Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: December 13, 2014View listing
"We spend 9 nights in Ron and Chris' condo, very clean, and well equipped. It's an older complex but well maintained, and a short block from the beach. It's an excellent location in the island, centrally located, and close to shopping/restaurants and a short drive from the airport. The lanai on the ground floor is large and very nice for morning coffee, and evening drinks. We would not hesitate in staying there again or recommending to friends."Guest: D and J Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 26, 2014View listing
