"The renovations are done and the condo is beautiful! Very efficient storage capacities throughout and all the built-ins makes it feel airy because all of our stuff was able to be put away. The new furniture in the living room is stylish with ample and comfortable seating. The kitchen is so well stocked - just like home. There were all the staples needed in the fridge and cupboards - even left over booze and things like butter and beer! Location is 5 star - walkable to anywhere in the Kihei neighbourhood and of course Kam II beach on your doorstep. Amenities such as lounge chairs on the lawn and heated pool were appreciated. The owner is very organized with ample instructions for everything. Only one thing I would mention, and is easily fixable - the lack of more beach things such as an additional boogie board for the 2nd person; beach umbrella etc, but lots of snorkelling gear is available for your use. The condo has a pull out couch - we did not use it. Also a Murphy bed - we did use it on hot nights with the lanai doors open to let the sea breeze in. Lovely. We highly recommend this unit - it's bright, stylish, and so comfortable!"Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 7, 2014View listing
"We just loved this condo! It's clean, modern, nice and everything you could wish for. The kitchen is amazing with a big fridge and even a microwave. I loved the washer and the dryer in the bathroom, you get detergent at check-in, so no need to buy expensive stuff at the supermarket. There is a flat screen with DVD player and lots of DVDs provided and you can watch from the bed or the couch. But the best part of this condo is the lanai! A DREAM! I loved sitting out there and looking at the mountain or the water and palms. It's absolutely quiet on the 6th floor with an unobstructed view, so no one will disturb you or look into the condo. There is pool for a quick refreshment or the Kamaole Beach Park 2 just across the street. We always took the beach chairs and the sun umbrella over there to have a swim and get some tan. The condo is a few minutes away from the city center, but with a car (and I would definitely recommend it for Maui) it's absolutely close to everything! A restaurant recommendation: "Da Kitchen" is just a few steps away and offers real hawaiian cuisine. Try the Korean Chicken!! Suzi is absolutely sweet and easy to talk to! We will definitely stay here again! :))"Guest: Karen Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 24, 2014View listing
"A great property! Two bedrooms each with their own bathrooms, separated by the kichen/living room for additional privacy. Everything all on one level - no stairs! Lovely private lanai with access from both bedrooms and the living room. Just steps to the pool and barbecue area. Nicely equipped kitchen, newer appliances and very clean. Comfortable beds; plenty of linens/towels. Great selection of beach toys - boogie boards, pool noodles, sand pails/shovels, snorkel gear, chairs and umbrellas. Right across the street from Kamaole Beach II and easy walk to other nearby public beaches. Close to shops and restaurants; just a short drive to grocery store. Grounds are well-kept. Unit is toward the back of the property away from busy S. Kihei Road. A quiet, family-friendly location. Couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during our visit to Maui. We'll stay here again!"Guest: Marj C. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 19, 2014View listing
"My family of four stayed here for just over two weeks in May, and my Mother joined us, making us a party of five, for one week. This condo was a fantastic value for what we paid. The location was perfect. Right by the beach, and everything is close enough that you don't need to travel far. Should you want to explore and tour about, the central location makes it a great starting point for every adventure. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are all of the things you need for children (highchair, playpen, bathroom stool, life jackets and toys, etc). We BBQ'd a lot of our meals, and this unit couldn't be closer to the grills. The building is nice and quiet at night, and that made it easier for our little ones to sleep. On top of all of this great stuff...Carol is fantastic to deal with. She was always prompt answering any inquiries we had, and helpful as can be. We will be back!!"Guest: Rebecca L.
