  • very nice/convenient vacation condo

"My wife and I were very happy with the accommodations. Everything was as advertised, and we were surprised just how convenient and well appointed the condo proved to be. It is centrally located in Kihei, and a very nice beach just across the street. Everyone involved with our stay were very helpful, and we experience no issues. We would certainly recommend this to friends with similar vacation needs. Just down the street, Sansei offers excellent sushi, and Eskimo Candy offers awesome fresh fish for home preparation (we used the outside grill a couple of nights), or prepared for dine-in/take-out. A night at Mama's Fish House on the north shore is a must - their menu (and Mai Tai's) was awesome."

  • Excellent location & value

"We stayed a week at Robin's condo while we attended a wedding. We were the only wedding guests who chose to stay at Kihei Ali'i Kai and our stay at Robin's condo delivered all that was promised and then more. The location back from the road but with a view of the water means it doesn't feel as busy as other places. Bright and airy living area, more cooking and dining utensils than you'll ever use (!), much larger lanai than some places, A/C, 2 minute walk to beach, ... all came as advertised. You won't be disappointed."

  • AMAZING! Could not ask for better!

"We had the pleasure of staying at this property during our very first trip to Hawaii in October. The condo is in the PERFECT location in terms of...EVERYTHING! Close to beach, close to restaurants, right on the ocean (you can hear the waves), close to all necessities when visiting, etc. The condo itself is awesome with basically has everything you could need while visiting. Can not say enough about the VIEWS, SUNSETS and SEA TURTLES right outside the condo. We had a fabulous visit and hope to return very soon! MAHALO / THANK YOU"

  • Great Condo, Great Owner!

"This condo was a great find in Kihei! I was pressed for time to find a place to stay for my month there, and Dean was AWESOME to work with...he responded to my inquiry very quickly and helped me get into the place last minute. Honestly, I barely looked at the pictures before I arrived, but boy was I surprised at how nice the condo was! The pictures do not even do it justice. The condo comfortably sleeps 4 and is more spacious than I anticipated. I had some other friends in Kihei, and their place was not nearly as nice as this one. There were plenty of towels/sheets/toiletries available for me when I arrived...Dean even had some laundry detergent and other supplies brought over my first few days there, which was a nice surprise. The area is gorgeous with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk from the condo (which is at the very front of the complex)--basically just across the street. There was always plenty of parking at the complex as well, but you really don't even need a car if you intend on staying in the Kihei area. When I arrived at the condo, there was a small maintenance issue (toilet was running nonstop); but Dean had already checked in on it and had a maintenance man on the way. This condo is VERY well-maintained, and I felt right at home living there for the month. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay in a great area in Kihei! Thanks Dean!"
