"Fabulous Condo right across the street from beach. Owner was very prompt in responding to all communication and was very easy to get in touch with during our stay. Condo has great access to restaurants, swimming, relaxing, snorkeling and shopping. Condo is everything the site says it is. Ground floor level was fantastic after a day of swimming and walking. Great roomy bathroom with walk in shower was a HUGE plus. Condo was well stocked with all necessary kitchen supplies, linens, towels, toiletries and grill items for grill just outside Condo. Furniture and bed were very comfortable for a relaxing afternoon and night. Would highly recommend this Condo for those who do not rent a car and want to be close to a wide range of shopping, restaurants and beaches. Hard to beat this deal."Guest: Genevieve M. "This condo is every bit as beautiful as the pictures posted and more. Bernie and Bettina have thought of and provided everything a vacation could possibly want for or need, right down to all the beach gear. Everything is so organized and so much room for all your personal things to make your stay feel like home. Although I have not met the owners, they made me feel so welcome and like family. My dream is to come again and again and again. I need to look no further, I have found my vacation paradise!"Guest: Gayle M. Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 20, 2014View listing
"This property met our needs for our family (two adults and one child). The view was fantastic, we loved watching the sunset from the lanai and the sunrise over the mountains. It is nice to have a view of both! The kitchen was well equipped and plenty if towels. This unit may not be as updated as the other ones in the complex but you just cannot beat the price for the location and view. Kamaole beach is a great beach for little ones as the surf is generally pretty tame. Shelley was great to work with and very friendly and easy going!"Guest: Amy Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: December 3, 2014View listing
"This condo was by far the best one we have ever rented. We have stayed in Kihei 13 times, most of those in All'i Kai and have never come across a cleaner, more well appointed condo this one! We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in the door. The unit was spotless, decor was inviting and overall very spacious. We loved lounging on the lanai, watching the birds, geckos and seeing the ocean in the distance. Although the pool was just below our bedroom, there was very little noise as it closes at 9:00 PM. The entire complex seems to hush after 9:00. There were no issues with loud parties except for the Olympic gold medal hockey game during the day! We loved the beach equipment even boogie boards. The kitchen had everything you could ask for - small appliances, plastic glasses and dishes for BBQ area, bowls and serving dishes. We ate on the lanai most nights enjoying the breezes. Our favorite beach is Kamaole 1 which is really just across the street. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The owners gave an amazing detailed map to get to the condo and had lots of material available to show what there was to do on Maui. We will be staying here again. Just can't wait to get back!"Guest: Leslie Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 11, 2014View listing
