"My family stayed here for a week and had a great time. We've stayed at other locations on the island but John and Ellen's condo has been the best by far! It's all about the location and views and this condo provides both! The condo had everything you need for a great day at the beach, plenty of beach towels, coolers, Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was clean. The view from the lanai was beautiful. The pool was awesome and well maintained and it had plenty of bbq grills. Perfect place to watch the sunsets. The condo was within walking distance to shopping and dining. We would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be to have a 11:00 or 12:00 check out, the 10:00am knock on door came way too early:) Mahalo John and Ellen for providing such a wonderful place to stay."Guest: Steve & Vicky Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: November 3, 2014View listing
"We stayed at this unit for five nights in May 2014. This complex is in an excellent location directly across from the beach, and the unit is in a desirable location close to the pool/laundry room and still a short walk to the beach. The unit is very well appointed. The king size bed is very comfortable. Stayed here with a two year old and six month old. Our hostess Hope was very accommodating. She provided toys for our two year old. Cold water and treats in the refrigerator upon arrival was greatly appreciated. We asked last minute for travel crib for our six month old, and Hope was gracious to arrange for it. We have stayed at one other unit in this complex a few years ago, but this unit was more hospitable by far. We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends."Guest: Aloha Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 24, 2014View listing
"We stayed here for 6 nights and it was very comfortable. There were 3 adults and two kids (age 6 and 4). We had plenty of room to spread out. The kids shared the downstairs bedroom which had two large (double/queen) beds. My mom had the master bedroom with an amazing corner view of the ocean. My husband and I stayed in the 2nd bedroom which had the two twin beds converted to a king. The living room furniture is very comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked (coffee makers, crock pot, blender and plenty of dishes, pots, utensils, and spices, plus a community gas grill outside). The outside dining area was great for morning coffee and breakfasts and inviting for dinners and sunsets. The condo overlooks a big grassy area and easy access to sandy beaches on the left and right. There are lots of people wandering by to get from place to place so we had fun people watching. Also a lot of people migrate to this area for sunsets which were fantastic! My kids loved the pool and hot tub, and it was a nice feature to have after a day at the beach. They had lots of beach gear including towels, snorkel equipment (saw turtles just below our unit), and chairs. At the time of our stay there were also 3 hair dryers, a couple of curling irons and a flat iron! Wish I would have known this, although we were at the beach so often, I rarely styled my hair! We met the owners when they were stopping by to check the hot tub and work in the yard. They are a very nice couple and asked for our feedback. They really want to make this place comfortable! This property is gated, which added a nice secure feeling. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves all week. We have already booked this condo for 2016! Can't wait to go back."Guest: Kelko Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: November 17, 2014View listing
"The location of this condo is very close to the beach as the owner described to us . It was equipped with all you would need for a great vacation, including all beach chairs ,boogie boards etc. Also would be great for anyone with children as there was even a fold up playpen for babies. King sized bed in the bedroom was a plus as well. Washer/Dryer in condo .Very close to all amenities including restaurants shopping and great for a stroll after dinner(streets well lite) The property is very well maintained and clean.. Jerry was great , called us the day we got in to make sure everything was up to our expectations . I would definitely recommend this property to all ages and would definitely consider renting this condo again. Thanks Jerry for sharing your piece of paradise with my daughter and I in paradise. We absolutely loved it !!!! **Lynne **"Guest: Sunseekers Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 30, 2014View listing
