"This condo was very close to a park and a beach where there were surf and paddleboard lessons. The condo was clean and as it looked in the pictures. It was a bit old compared to where we stayed in Lahaina the previous week. The only issue we had was the main bathroom shower was a bit old looking and small, but we all just used the second bathroom in the bedroom to shower. There is a washer and dryer, and full size kitchen appliances. There were several boogie boards which we used. The pool was right outside our door which we used several times a day. The lady that takes care of the property was friendly and talkative. There were several restaurants and local eateries nearby that were not very expensive but delicious. It is a good base if you are driving around the island as well, it seemed to be a central location. If you don't rent a car, the area is quite walkable to beaches. We were there over fourth of July and bought fireworks at the grocery store and went to a certain park where many locals set off their fireworks so we enjoyed many light shows. At no time did we feel the beaches or parks were crowded. There were some homeless people who looked like they slept each night in the park but at no time did we feel unsafe. Very peaceful and low key."

"Geri's condo was exceptional. The layout of the exterior provides privacy on the lanai which was very cool in the mornings and peaceful. There was an A/C and 4 ceiling fans which was a bonus (most places don't have A/C). The cooler was only needed for a couple hours in the evening. The kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked and there were even boogie boards and snorkeling equipment. Kihei Rd, the main street in Kihei, was a 5 minute walk as was the beach. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage room. Everything about this place makes and ideal vacation in paradise."

"Absolutely a great place. It was well outfitted with chairs umberellas ice chest boogie boards and snorkeling equipment for two. the condo itself is in very good shape clean and very nice. Linda was great to work with she was very prompt in answering any questions I had along the way. The resort is one street away from a pretty nice beach. There are several beaches in the area but it is nice to be able to just walk across the street and be on a very nice section of Maui beach. This resort serves as a great central point to travel around the west side of the island. You can easily be in Lahaina or Kaanapali Bay within 20 minutes driving on a very nice coastal highway. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone first timer or not."
