"I am still very pleased that I made such a wise decision to book with Stephen's Condo. The communication with Stephen is so good; Stephen even kindly provided me first timer must do list. Upon arriving, I am impressed by how clean and spacious the room is. Everything you would need to have, from beach towels to dishes, from travel guide to USB charger, Stephen has prepared for you. New Kitchenwares. With the new samsung TV, you wont miss Monday night football. The condo is at a great location, walking distance to the beach, NFL sports bar Denny's, shave ice shop, snorkelling agency, ABC store. About 20 min drive to Costco, where you can buy food and gas. (And no matter where you go you will pass by Costco). Fast internet!, new router, new DSL splitter XD. Corner unit, very quite, probably the only noise is the morning bird singing. Parking directly downstairs."Guest: Lewis and Selena Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 9, 2014View listing
"This was our first visit to Maui, and we wanted the convenience and comforts of a condo that was close to great beaches, markets and central to everything. This place offers it all. Fully stocked will everything you need to feel at home during your stay (even including Netflix, Wifi, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and coolers. Great layout, comfortable, extremely clean and airy feel. Nestled in a cool complex frequented by many regular vacationers. The grounds include a great pool and bbq area. Steps away from Kamaole Beaches, shops, markets and a short drive to Wailea and Lahaina. Very peaceful Lanai for fabulous sunset and star gazing. Enjoy! We can't wait to go back. You can tell by the details and furnishings that the owners really cherish the place, and they are wonderful people to deal with."Guest: Elorabird & Cat Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 22, 2014View listing
"April 2014 – We just stayed in Linda & Al’s condo for ten days. We loved it! It is very neat and clean and the location is fantastic. We were so glad we had our camera so that we could capture the amazing sunsets every evening. We have two teenage boys who went to the beach whenever they wanted to since we were so close. The condo is close to many conveniences, even Pizza Hut! One night, instead of cooking or going out, we walked up (½ block away), got a pizza and took it back to the condo. The views of the ocean are incredible and can be seen from almost every room – lots of windows! My husband, while relaxing on one of the beautiful lanai’s, was approached by a guest from another condo in the same complex. He had been admiring the air conditioning units. He inquired whether the condo had air conditioning upstairs. When my husband confirmed that indeed it did, he exclaimed “I wish ours did!” The pool is steps from the back door and is kept very clean. We enjoyed our stay so much that we can’t wait to come back. This condo is a great “home away from home.” Thank you, Linda and Al, for sharing your lovely Maui home with us!"Guest: Jenny T. "We had a fantastic week staying at this condo! It is situated perfectly across from Kam 2 and the ground floor made for quick and easy access to the BBQs, pools, parking and beaches. It was great for our 8 month old to roam around, and everyone around us was so friendly! The condo is stocked full of everything you would need during your stay and is nicely updated. We hope to be back soon."Guest: Ashley W. Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: January 26, 2014View listing
