"Great location, very close to some of the better places to eat in kihei and centrally located between most of the rest of the island. Nice beaches right across the road, close to great snorkeling spots. The building was nice, clean kept up pool area. Nice garden areas. Overall a great value for what you pay. Our only complaints were that there were tiny, fruit fly sized, bugs on all of the counter tops and if you left any food unsealed, they got in it. Also the A/C stopped blowing cold air on the last few nights. I understand things happen and would still probably go back to this condo. Other than the bugs, it was a clean, comfortable place to rest at night."Guest: Brian Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 23, 2014View listing
"Lovely condo with a tastefully remodeled kitchen. It is a joy to cook in. The tennis courts on site are well maintained. On Saturdays there is a drop in group tennis lesson at the Maui Vista courts. The best reason to stay here though is the location. This condo is across the street from Charley Young beach! It is a great place to swim, boogie board or just stroll along."Guest: BFF Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 23, 2014View listing
"We stayed in this condo for a week from December 27- January 4. From the time of booking until our departure, we were very impressed. Laurie responded to our inquiry promptly and gave us lots of detailed information before we arrived which was helpful. Directions were provided by Maui 5 star who were also helpful and informative, and we found the place very easily in the dark. Keys were left in a lock box and check in was very easy. The location of the condo is perfect......close to several great beaches and shops, very quiet and it never gets the hot sun blasting in. The unit is very close to the elevator which was nice when bringing up luggage, groceries, etc. We did not ever need the air conditioning on as the breeze at night keeps things cool. The unit is well stocked and very clean. It was nice to have the basics like salt and pepper, sugar, soya sauce, plastic wrap, etc. The pantry has a big supply of items and they just ask that the person who uses the last of anything replaces it. We brought our own snorkeling gear but they had a few sets there as well as other beach supplies and towels. We appreciated the games that have been left for renters to use......our kids had a few good monopoly matches!! The beaches are so great that we never used the pool area, but it looked nice and always had chairs available. The barbeque areas were also spotless. After 10pm is quiet time, which was great for a family like us, but maybe not so great if you are into a party atmosphere. We would highly recommend and will stay again if we ever have the opportunity. Thank you!"Guest: Golden Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 14, 2014View listing
"Thanks Carol and Bob for sharing your wonderful condo with us! The accommodations were perfect. The condo is very well organized, very clean and well equipped. The location is close to shopping and restaurants and it's easy to find what you need. The complex itself is very quiet, the lanai is private and the people we met very friendly! We felt very at home during our stay and will definitely be back on our next trip to Maui."Guest: Victoria and Alexander Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 10, 2014View listing
